I am writing this comment out of desperation. I typically don’t write negative reviews especially one in he place I live so dearly. However, I recently visited this hotel. The place is beautiful, had some major issues, but the most devastating thing that has happened to me as far as I can remember is that my wedding rings were stolen from my bedside table drawer in the hotel room. I am so heart broken and devastated now. I have contacted the hotel on numerous occasions and nothing but nonchalance is what I receive, no urgency, no compassion. I still have yet to receive my wedding rings. Please be aware of this hotel
I fully agree with this review. Be prepare for hiccups!!! I would only go back to this resort if it was 100% free. Blue Waters, do better: food, hospitality, activities. I experienced so many disappointments at this resort. Think twice and consider other resort in the Montego Bay area.
Very informative, thank you for sharing! Do you know if every room has a mini fridge? And how accessible is bottled water? I am hoping there is a way to purchase a case to have readily available in our room. Also, how did you get from the airport to the resort? Is shuttle service included?
No need to purchase dem trust me … they refill it about 3 times during the day n it’s always about 2/3 bottles of water. Whenever you see any of the cleaning staff just ask dem to bring you some bottles or call the front desk and you all sit… we booked the is trip through a travel group n it came with a shuttle of yu don’t do that I think it’s about 25$ per person with the airport shuttle

I went back in 2021 the resort was amazing very beautiful!!! Food was terrible in my opinion

Lol idk I had hot water but it’s Jamaica so I know hot water does “run out” or the boiler stop working but my stay had no issues
