@@unknownplanet1072 He was never really all that athlethic anyway... the basis of his game has always been his ability to score in many ways but mainly his elite shooting over defenders which I don't see his injury changing that talent so even in 2020 I still see him averaging 25+

You can tell how sometimes in college ball it's man against boys, he was scoring and playing D on the same level as he did when he joined the Warriors. It wasn't like that earlier on in his NBA career cause he was still adapting to playing against elite talent every night.

Our basketball program has been a mess ever since he left. Underachieving year after year despite high level talent. Jarret Allen, Mo Bamba, Jaxson Hayes, all first rounders. Yet Texas did nothing.

in hindsight yeah, but they already had Roy. They wanted oden who was a defensive monster. U really cant predict injuries or the direction of the game. No one knew about odens marjor leg issues, and that the league was gonna become so perimeter oriented. Nor did they know roy wouldnt last long either.
