Today I am covering the possible end of the Slim Thick trend for influencers. Kim K, who arguably started this trend, has had some recent changes, and it may mark the beginning of the end to this era of unnatural slim thicc bodies that influencers have been getting through surgeries and procedures. I will explore a little bit of the origins of this trend, the difference between the natural version of the look, and the artificial version.
Disclaimer: Natural body types are not trends, and you are beautiful the way you are born. This video is about body types that are achieved through surgery, and not naturally. Plastic surgery goes through trends of what is popular to do surgically.

Today’s video starts by briefly going over the recent trends in plastic surgery for the last few decades until now. Then I would like to jump right into talking about the influencer slim thicc body type pioneered by Kim Kardashian and the video vixens. This is a body type that is expressed by a large very round, prominent butt, thin chiseled abs, and large bust. This look is usually achieved with altered hips to be wider, a BBL to make the butt bigger, and Sculptra is used to widen and sculpt other parts. The thighs are the big differentiator because the thighs are typically thinner on those who are surgically enhanced. Another way to tell if someone is artificially slim thicc is by looking at their abs. It is generally not natural to have a lot of fat in the butt naturally, but still be able to maintain a low enough body fat % to have visible abs. In a naturally slim thicc body, they would have a flat stomach, but in the case of influencers, they have liposuction to remove excess fat and create etched abs. It can be naturally occurring, but not to the severity of influencers. I show some examples in the video.
After going over some new photos of Kim Kardashian, she now has a more natural look than in recent years. We can see that an upper portion of her butt was removed, and this looks different from her previous looks. I suspect a fat graft removal and possible use of Sculptra to even out the look.
We go over how she has influenced, not only her own look but also the look of her sisters and the plastic surgeries that her siblings chose to get. Khloe gets her own section in the video, and even Khloe has some new changes to her body to be more proportional. I explain what she may have done to get a reduction. Kylie is the next sister I cover, She takes a lot of influence from Kim, and they often tried to take photos to accentuate how similar they looked, however, recently while being pregnant, kylie may end the look, and will put surgeries and showing off a slim thicc physique. Over the next few years, we may see a diminished trend of the slim thicc body with the extreme BBL’s of the past.
I give a prediction of what kind of plastic surgery trends we will see in the near future, and what that might look like in today’s society. It may end up being a more healthy look.

@@SanelaEstrella I still disagree. If you look at her before-training photos, and look at her now, there is no way you can build that much of a booty without building sizable hamstrings as well, and she hasn't. She may have had less fat transfer than what you see in Miami, or maybe she had filler or other augmentation, but you can't build that much muscle (in that shape and fullness) without heavy weighted compound movements being involved, and those movements also target the hamstrings. She's lost weight now and her butt is much smaller as well, which shows loss of upper FAT not muscle - including fat that was transplanted. She didn't have fat in her glute area in her before photos. Each to their own opinion but I don't believe she's natural.

I’ve been thinking about this for a bit now, that BBL popularity is over… but I would be careful giving credit to the Kardashians for it. Rather, I think they’re following the natural order of things that a lot of us have already noticed (hence the increased number of BBL video analyses on YT). I think it’s that the aesthetic has just been over done. Now that it seems like EVERYONE has one, it’s no longer “special” and I think now - just like in makeup and skincare - we’re seeing an increased interest in toning it down and being more natural, having a more clean, natural aesthetic… and i think it’s just now being carried into body types! Edit: guys the reason why I said “flaw” is because society sees it as a flaw and many girls see it as a flaw themselves. I should’ve used the word “imperfections” instead, it wasn’t my intention to get you guys upset I just wanted to make a comment about bodies that are not perfect and sculpted like these Instagram models.

I think regardless if it was announced to be surgery or not, If it’s the hottest thing on the block and we keep talking about it, and hyping it up, The younger generation and the generation behind that is going to continue to see how it look and if it looks good to them they are still gonna want The procedure done. It’s all about what we keep making popular and what we keep talking about. It’s so many people that saying that’s fake that’s fake that’s fake. It’s still a lot of young ladies know what it is and want it. The media probably flipped it on us to get us to talk about it to get us to popularize it. To get everyone to want to get it done. Great video, and thanks for commending the CZcamsrs who you referenced for the information they contributed :)
I love how you explained all the procedures realistically and in a non-biased way. Younger girls need to hear and see these kinds of break-downs. I have no problem with cosmetic surgeries, but when I was younger I had unrealistic body expectations, mostly due to the fact that I didn't realize or understand what is natural, and what is inhanced through procedures.
Had I had this kind of explanation back then, maybe I would have felt more confident in my own body. I was a teenager at the time that the super-skinny look was IN, at least in Europe, and I was never thin when I was younger (at around 24 I slimmed down naturally, through sports). I always felt like my waist "wasn't normal" because I just didn't have a really flat stomach or tiny waist. Looking back, I wasn't abnormal, I just wasn't the "ideal fgure" for that trend, which is fine.
Now I am much slimmer, naturally, and being more athletic than I was before definitely made me 100% more confident and gave me what I wanted as far as my body is concerned. Mountain biking and hiking, that was all I needed. For me, that is enough, but if someone else feels that surgery will give when what they wan, I support that as well, as long as they go about it safely and go to medical professionals, because safety and health is the most important thing to remember. :)

Then it became the thing everyone wants and now I feel people it's going back to the thin body types. To be honest at first it was nice to get validation from people liking it, but when I really started to think about it, it's so messed up for body types to even be a trend. People think they can treat their body like fast fashion. Even if you think about the natural tweaking that you mentioned with Kendal. Its still kind of sad that you have to tweak this amazing natural body that can do everything to fit this idealised body type. The way you are proportioned is for a reason, it's your body. I have had to remove myself from peoples opinions on my body type, even positive and negative. At the end of the day they are just opinions. I love that there is also a trend now to just be accepting of your body, and maintain being fit and healthy mind and body. Hopefully this trend catches on, and that fashion recognises and starts addressing how to dress specific body types and design clothes for them.

And she was naturally curvy before 😭 idk what was the point of getting a bbl when she could’ve just gained weight and it would all just go to her hips and butt 😵‍💫 it’s sad how she couldn’t see herself as beautiful, she probably suffered from body dysmorphia throughout her teen life

I had the same problem with the butt! Remember when Jlo's ass became a cultural phenomenon? I was so grateful! Before that, there was only one butt shape: pancake. You notice it watching 90s movies now, the hot babes have no muscle tone or booty, whereas in movies now, you see skinny but pretty healthy and muscular female bodies. Also note the grey/yellow teeth in 90s movies, whitening toothpaste has changed things too!!

I bet you one day when the katdashians r in the 50s or 60s- they will write a book finally admitting all the craziness they felt pressured to do to look and stay beautiful.. including BBLs constant fillers tanning injections etc.. I think one day it’ll all come out- even if just only one of them exposes it all.. and how mentally and emotionally traumatic it was.. like for Khloe.. in a way I feel bad for her always being called the ‘black sheep’ in the fam and I truly believe she has body dysmorphia now. It’s gotta be so exhausting feeling like you literally can’t even leave your own house without first hours of getting glammed up.. but hey- this is also the life they have chosen, and the beauty industry is how they made their millions n billions.. so I can’t feel too bad for them either. They created this awful ‘beauty machine’-if you will- so they are perpetrators as well as victims by their own creation..
