As a TH10, who rushed to TH9, then fixed my base, all I'm going to say is that Jawsh is 100% a rusher. What's worse is that he has no reason to rush, sometimes people rush to TH12 for Siege machines for their clan, I rushed because I wanted to get to where I was 6 years ago but Jawsh is rushing because he feels like it, and he's doing it poorly. At least I had the decency to unlock troops, level up my lab, and max my storages.
josh wasnt lying when he said he didnt boost them (when you upgrade a town hall a bunch of stuff like trianing and resource collectors and star bonus gets boosted for like 4 days or smth automatically)

And while I normally wouldn't steal someone else's design, the whole game loop is centered around stealing resources and trophies from others.
$25 isn't that much on CoC. If you are playing it for real, it wouldn't be a lot at all, that being said, Jawsh shouldn't have spent a single dollar on that game with how rushed he is.
Spending $30 on a game like Clash of Clans is really dumb, but considering people sink 100s of 1000s of dollars into stuff like that I'd say it's pretty normal
