- Universal's New Theme Park in Frisco Texas Changes EVERYTHING! Universal just recently announced a new theme park to open in Texas that is going to be specifically built for families with younger kids. This Park will have major implications for the Theme Park Industry and, if successful, will greatly change the way how both Universal and Disney parks are going to be in the future!

You made a lot of good points. I’m excited for the park. As long as the theme’s are good and up to Universal standards, it will be a bit! Also, I remember in your last video, there were comments about the naming and if this would actually be a Universal park. The Park is called Universal Kids Frisco. Universal kids will be the name wherever they build one. Also the park has room to expand to make it almost double the size in phase 2. Parking structures will also be added in phase 2 after expansion. The rendering is just the beginning!
Universal not being overly family friendly is it's strength at least in Orlando. I hope it never loses that
Yes Universal could change everything. They have the design power and the willingness to spend the cash.
The Universal Park is more like a European style of Park. A good mix of flat-, darkrides and shows with a very heavy theming.
Like Europa Park, Karls Erlebnis Welt, Majaland, Energylandia, Familypark, Toverland. Parc Asterix etc.
It’s about time regional parks are happening. Especially for families.
I always thought Disney or Universal should do this
Extremely exciting for this Frisco theme park after Frisco's 20 years more widespread Disneyland rumor!
Agreed with your thoughts!
North Dallas weather is bad. Too many hail storms and severe thunderstorms with tornadoes. While the population is there, it needed to be farther south than tornado alley.
it's pretty cool that they're doing another park and one that is mainly for families. excited to see how that goes

All Universal needs to do is not go woke. Disney is self imploding.
what a non-issue to bring outta nowhere lol
Or artificially inflate park prices. Or cut attraction budgets. Or snub their likely overworked staff with paycuts/mass layoffs.
My point being, there's many ways that Universal could sink to Disney's level- _"wokeness,"_ frankly, would be the least damaging.
