We should create a petition to send to the Courts and the Gov't stating "Re-teach all attorneys to not do.......... and a whole list of what not to do when you have a busy day and someone is asking you stupid questions whether it is in person or via Zoom" Attorneys (not generally) enjoy wasting valuable resources on digging up things not relevant to the case at hand and using psychological tricks to piss you off when you don't give them the answer they were looking for.
Edit: I have seen these strategies before when I attended a public case years ago. There was one break after many hours of the defense attorneys pounding out and mixing up questions just to confuse the witnesses. I had a headache and went directly to the pharmacy to get something for the pain. No kidding. I was there for my friend.

I think it's obviously clear to many people that Johnny is not trying to hide anything, he has stripped naked in front of the whole world before you ask him any question. He puts out all his dirty laundry & leaves it to the juries to choose which one is clean or dirty. He's the victim & the judge will see that. HE MUST WIN, NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT. Another thing! In a situation like this, your parents & sister spoke & it went in favour of Johnny, what does that tell you? To me that says, they don't decide to lie in court, in front of a judge for Amba. If Amba wants to talk about bruises, black eye, etc,. She should discuss 1st with people like Rhianna among others. She's making it more difficult for people in or one day be in a situation like this. So, Mr @Gregorie, read the inter notes like "she changed everything" then watch the video & listen to what was said, what they're now saying, what has changed & then put yourself in the judge's place & let us know who will win. On the other hand, very few/if any, persons would miss a bruise, cut, swelling, or scar. The ordinary gets ignored, the unusual gets noticed.
By-the-way, has anyone else noticed that Ms H’s cheekbone makeup makes it appear to be bruised? If she is, supposedly so adept at covering bruises with makeup, she’s just as adept at designing them.

"you can do and be whatever you want. just need to believe in yourself and do it for you not for anyone else." a 2 minute conversation from a down to earth and genuinely friendly person. He always had a smile. He's the in real life version of the "the dude".

It took me about 10 seconds to understand that he didn't see any marks on the date in question, but he wasn't looking for marks, so he can't say for sure. Why did it take this attorney such a long time to come to the same conclusion.

Maybe it's just me but I can tell when someone is wearing makeup, 100% of the time. Sure from 20 feet away you might not be able to tell but within a few feet of someone and it's not that hard to see.
I loved their line: she uses makeup that makes it look like you aren't wearing any makeup... so the goal is to appear like you aren't wearing makeup, I know any easier and cheaper way to achieve the no makeup look.

Disbarred? For what? Their job is to protect their client and they're working with what they have. Which is very, very little. Out of curiosity I looked up Rottenborn and found out he's a pretty successful and generally well-respected attorney. But how the hell do you defend someone like Heard? All her team needs to do is create reasonable doubt about the abuse and the defamation falls through.
I should add that I am absolutely *not* an attorney and merely have a passing interest in the American legal system. This whole thing just doesn't come close to the worst lawyering I've seen and their line of questioning, while coming across as mean-spirited, makes sense as a strategy.
