this is called wheel bias, if the table is of by more than 0.75 degrees than the wheel will have some bias to it, which to the eye or a low precision water level will seem flat

If you can figure out their time on the release and you know the table is leaning (granted they give almost equal force to each throw) you can guess with in 7 or 8 numbers every time.

You can predict about where the ball is going to land if you play a lot, but they can easily switch up balls which have different weights, speed up the wheel or slow it down, speed up how fast they drop the ball or slow it down, and completely throw a random spin at you. I was addicted to roulette for a while and knew all the ins and outs of it and thought I was good because I could play all night, hit a number straight up pretty regularly, but that's how they get you. Once you feel like you've won, that's when they take it all. They would literally let me win when I was down to my last so I would stay at the table and keep the juice flowing. I remember once I was down to my last 10$ and put it on 26. I'm about to walk away and wouldn't ya know, I hit my number, and got 350$. I turned around and gave it back with in an hour or 2. There is no sure fire way to win at a regular table game unless it's blackjack or poker that are actually skill based. Everything else is for suckers, don't give your hard earned money to a scummy casino, you leave feeling sick afterwards every time.

I think this guy exaggerates a lot of his stories, but can confirm this one from my own experience: used to play roulette on a video, robotic roulette wheel. After studying where the ball would land, based on inconsistencies w the table, I was able to plot certain numbers and locations it was more than likely to land.
