Hey I am loving the videos you have put together.... have you done a video with all of the steps you follow A-Z yet? A video that goes over everything you do from the purchasing of the home, to what you do to prepare for the rehab project, what you are doing during the rehab (i.e. do you do any of the demo work, finishing work etc. yourself?), and what you do step by step from finishing up the rehab to getting the property back onto the market.... or if keeping the property as an income property to rent, what steps you take at that point? I just began looking at your videos, I always like hearing about the way others do things compared to me because I feel you can always learn something or at minimum learn an easier way by hearing how others do it and what they have found to work for them... Keep it up and look forward to watching more of our videos.... I heard you say you are originally from NYC in the video... do you ever do any flips in New Jersey?
