I don’t understand how anyone starting out could even approach this. The amount of sharks waiting for these auctions has to be insane. This is for advanced buyers I assume? Great info btw!

One of the best and most simple breakdowns online! My only question is do you pay title to check the liens before you bid? Or do you gamble and just bid? Or do you have another method to check the potential liens against the property?

Great Video, I am brand new to real estate investing and I have been doing a lot of research and learning. I am starting to look into purchasing my first property. I have a quick question if you are able to answer, if there was a piece of land I was interested in and there is already a shell building for a cabin, but nothing else has been done to it, what kind of loan would I need for this type of property?

Hey oroxlaw1493 I think what you’re talking about is the upset bid period. Sometimes the seller will allow a few days after the foreclosure sale closed, for someone else to come in with a higher bid. Hope this helps you
