    ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?
Also thank you for all your support. It means a lot.

How sad was to say good bye
    when we loved the most
    Even the sparrow migrated
    foreshadowing the end.
I don't know If I ever gonna see you again
I don't know where my life is going
without the blue lights from your being
they are not illuminating my way anymore.
    Everything looks depressive without you
The sea from the beach is gone
    The colors turn grey
    Today everything around is loneliness.
Today I want to enjoy my pain
I don't want Mercy nor compassion.
This love story was written for the eternity.
    Every body says I'm blue
Every body says I'm always talking about you.
They don't know that thinking of your love
    Has helped me through life.

This is very nice of you, I am sure there's a lot of latino fans that appreciate this.
For a lot of us, growing up, singers like José José, Juan Gabriel or Rocío Durcal, are like soundtrack for our childhood, it's the music our moms and aunts would listen to (I remember my mom playing her records on the old turntable), so other than recognizing the masterful performance (even though this probably ain't the kind of music we would listen by ourselves), there's also a big nostalgic feeling to it, like, childhood and early memories sounds. On a personal note, and being from where I am, it also kinda reminds me of a time and place that doesn't exists anymore, it's almost like traveling in time.

Jose jose. A man with a great voice new around the globe, a man with great respect as well. All his songs are a lot deeper and have strong meanings behind them. And as a Mexican myself, I grew up with my mom putting his songs on and listening to them and realizing how great of a man he was. His death was a day every Mexican and other latinos felt deeply because no one had a voice as great as his and with such power behind it and with elegance. Jose jose, a great man and a great artist from when he 1st started his career and even after he passed away will always be remembered

A R I A that’s not true, Sinatra actually loved Jose Jose, and wanted to do a duet with him. They ended not doing it because there record labels couldn’t agree on something. So Sinatra went to see one of his shows in in Tijuana and met him there.

He used to be very good friends with one of my grandpas neighbor in Mexico City right around that time. My grandpa was lucky to have hanged with him many times and said when he would sing to them he would make them tear up. He was a party animal and that’s no secret but he was also very charismatic and passionate. Latinos are lucky to had have him and his music will forever be in our hearts ♥️

I'm a latino and my pakistani friends keep showing me Bollywood actors and I'm interested and my European friends show me European music and it's pretty interesting as well. People mainly know about these artists when their dead because it is global news and people be like "who is this person and why is he so loved". Then they google the person and boom they fall in love with em
