- A mob looking for Israelis and Jews overran Makhachkala airport in Russia's Dagestan region. The mob stormed the airport after rumours spread that a flight was arriving from Israel. Video footage showed an angry crowd running at the Makhachkala airport. Some of the crowd ran onto the runway and surrounded aircraft there. Videos also showed an unruly mob checking passports and looking for Israelis.
