That time pressure cooker was a novelty and my Father researched and made sure that it was a good addition to the Kitchen. I have so many options.. electric rice cooker, Microwave, fridge....

Hi Geetha! Good tips for people looking to cook in least possible time👍 I would like to suggest that a) cooker can be preheated before placing vessels inside to speeden up cooking ( separator pans should be placed with a kidukki) 2. If one keeps hot water ready in a kettle or by boiling in a large vessel, it is better to use that hot water to soak dhalls, tamarind , etc.

But today I saw you adding coconut oil to a dish, which we use for our hair. Hair oil contains chemicals either added in manufacturing process or from the factory from which it has been manufactured, which are not good for consumption, edible coconut oil is available, and I believe you must have known it.
Just an advice only because we love you and your cooking somuch.

Your video shows how we can make multiple dishes within a short time. As a meat eater i staying in the US, I almost forgot about the multifunctional quintessential pressure cooker from our childhood days. A chicken curry takes almost same or even less time, and I typically do that with rice in the microwave. I felt the key to your effective use of the pressure cooker is its size (capacity). Time to invest in a bigger cooker and go traditional vegetarian for a change. Thanks a lot for all the parallel preparation tips Aunty.

Superb!. Such speed, in short time cooked and prepared so many dishes. Amazing. Love all south indian food. My mother too was very good in cooking nutritious south indian food. Most of the traditional method and recipes are lost.

Hi Geetha! Thank you very much for sharing your recipes and tips that a house wife should know ! I am not a Indian but I do enjoy and love Indian cooking. But unfortunately I don’t feel lotsa Indian celebrity chefs or house cooks are doing authentic cooking. Most of them would end with something that mostly not 100% Indian. If you Know what I mean. So Thank you for being authentic and 100% Indian with your videos . I love all of it ! Best of luck to you and hope to see many authentic cooking videos from you !!
