  • In this video, I have shared how to cook full meal in 30 mins.
    Quick lunch or dinner ideas that need only 30 minutes whether you have a busy week or just too lazy to cook. Here is a great idea that you can make a complete meal in pressure cooker that will be ready in 30 minutes from pressure cooker to your serving plate. you can cook 3 dishes at a time e.g. dal subzi and rice.
    In pressure cooker, 1st we put grid in the bottom of cooker and pour 1 glass of water to at least cover the grid. Then in one separator, we put 1 cup of rice (duly soaked in water for 10 minutes)with 2 cups of water.
    In other separator we take 3/4 cup pulse(tur/arhar dal)duly washed and soaked in water for 10 minutes. Put 2 cup of water in the pulse.
    In another separator or plate, take 3 potatoes,1 tomato or other vegetable which you want to cook.
    As shown in the video, arrange the separators in the pressure cooker and add 2-3 tbsp of water on the veg. separator for smooth cooking. Cover the lid and put the weight.
    Put the pressure cooker on high flame and once the steam starts forming, lower the flame to medium. Put off the flame before the 3rd whistle.Allow the steam to release /cool down.Open the lid, you will find that the rice, pulse(dal) and vegetable are well cooked.
    Put tadka in cooked pulse and vegetable and your full meal is ready to serve.
