I'm old school and prefer traditional gauges. they are quick to read at a glance and it's something I'm used to. however I am also a technophile and I really like the reconfigurable gauges here especially that navigation can be in the gauge cluster. it seems easy to use too.
When you have the sports mode enabled with the taco right front in center. I understand that you can customize the left side panel - can you customize the right hand side ??
I have that doubt too. In mine, when the left shows nav, the right always shows date and time. I wish I could view something else there like instantaneous mileage or trip details or something.
no speed cams on sat nav and are there any hidden extras on menu i have the 2019 q3 sport

No only the premium plus or better has the virtual cockpit

No you can’t get it on all trim levels. I have 2019 Premium and doesnt have virtual cockpit. However car is preset with view and nav button on wheel so it can be installed. I am looking to instal both nav and cockpit soon

It did at the time although now some of the features have been phased out due to it using the old 2G netwokr

How do you get fuel consumption bar at 39 secs to display like that? Mine only has time and date
Honestly I have no idea. It might just be because it is an S model?
You can get it if it isn’t showing nav on the right. It has to show car details on the right. You can then hit the left drawer button, go to additional information and choose what you want to see on the left. It reverts to date and time when I go back to nav though.
i dont have “navigation” icon on the screen, any ideas?

nope only the S cars get the big tach

Glad you liked it! I don't think that is possible since the AA appears in only the central display instead of Virtual Cockpit
No. Audi does not allow you to put AA or CP on Virtual Cockpit. They only allow you to use their Navigation Maps on their display
Can you change mmi measurements from mph to klm??
Yes you can

Yeah
How does it remember? Mine reverts back to the standard screen every time. How do I save my personalized settings?@@CarConfections

Carl Agee no lol. BMW is one of the few that has live traffic flow and it’s not an extra subscription or anything like that either
My car dealer told me that this is in the google maps subscription.
How do you get the google earth map? I’ve been trying for a wk now
Go to Audi connect section in the main center infotainment system. Find the Google Earth setting and enable it. It will then also show up on Virtual Cockpit

Audi is discontinuing Google Earth on 2018 and earlier vehicles. Sorry to say but your car won't be quite so ingenious after Dec 31, 2020. I'm so angry that they have allowed this.

Not in a new, premium car that you paid 50k for.
So not excessive. For what I paid (I have the Q7), I expect all this.
