Your first example is how I carry my clinch pick and the Alias mount makes it even better. Love these mounts and ordering more. Also easier to find with the website redesign. I miss the bundle though 😀.
Not a lawyer myself, but always assume a State’s Attorney will try to through the book at you. I have a related job, and there are plenty of good cops out there, but don’t risk it is my advice. The standard Clinch Pick is good enough anyway

It's not really intended for slashing. Isn't it meant for stabbing? Thats how we were taught to use them in the ECQC class with Shivworks.
@@NeoMagUSA I was taught both by shivworks. Plus biomechanical cutting is a better fight stopper. Especially when your trying to escape a clinch
