- If you are wondering how to change colors in continuous round, you come to the right place. I have always disliked that distinct color change when crocheting in the round. You know what I’m talking about, that horrible step between two contrasting colors. When you are a perfectionist this can absolutely drive you crazy!
Sure you could just hide you seam in the back of your project, but it won't work for all of your projects Especially while crocheting stripes on an amigurumi projects. You put so much work into a project you want it to be perfect. I have an easy fix for crochet jogless stripes in the round.
An Amigurumi color change can be abrupt. Using this technique will give your project a more finished look. This technique is not only for Amigurumi, I’m sure you can put them to use on other crochet items
When you are crocheting in the round using single crochet and you want to change your yarn color in the middle of the row you get these annoying little spots of the previous color. Can you see them in the photo?
When we create, you want to crochet jogless stripes to keep it seamless for the best finish. There are many methods out there that involve a lot of hoops to jump through just to complete a stitch.
This is one of the easiest.

Muchas gracias por sus valiosos consejos. Saludos desde la Cuidad de México 😍
Amazing! Thank you!

You're amazing ! Thanks a lot 😍😍
Love this😮. Ive watched it manytimes. When you take the stitch marker off there is a millisecond pause and then i always insert the curse word ( you are too polite to use on camera ) for you on your behalf.
Bravo
Wow, thanks for tip! That’s easy to remember too.
You're welcome
Genius ! Thanks you so much

NO FREAKING WAY!!!!!.... I can't believe it's that damn easy.... Thanks
Thank you! this helped a lot! :)
Your the best! A pattern had me slip stitching via back to front and it just wasn't looking right at all.
Either I have the worst case of Deja Vu ever or this is an updated version! Either way, glad I saw it this is really helpful! Thank you!
I have never done this one before. I did repeat a 3 year old pattern last week.
Thanks for sharing
That's the easiest tutorial yet👍
Thank you. 😊
Thank you
Short and sweet! Somehow other videos find a way to make this explanation take 8 minutes, glad I went with yours instead, ha ha
Thank you so much💕
You’re welcome 😊
Thanks, nice job
No problem 👍
Hi thank you so much for this information.
You are very welcome Rose
@@LittlejohnsYarn my name is Tina thank you. Please take a few minutes and watch any one of my videos and I always say my name at the beginning of the video.
This is the best! Thank you! 1:33
I always hated that! Thank you!!!
Happy to help!
This is awesome! Just to make sure I understand you were just slip stitching in your first crochet, but it is still considered your first crochet of the round?
Hey, thanks so much! I've tried so many other complicated ways to do it! Just to be clear, the slipstitch counts as the first stitch of that first round of the new colour, right?🤔🙏
Thank you for the tip, I did enjoy your tutorial. I liked your stitch marker as well. 😊
Nice!
Thanks!
So awesome! Tho what do I do while I'm not using the first colour? Do I cut it off and then re integrate it later or do I just leave it as a loose string for now? (making a bee 😊)
Thank goodness, a video that's informative, short and to the point. I can't stand tutorials that hide little tidbits of information here and there in a stream of pointless chitchat. Good job, and thank you!
If you're doing hdc in the round, should you do a single crochet instead of a slip stitch? Or should it still be a slip stitch?
Great tip
Thank you 😊
Thank you 😊
Do you count the slip stitch as a stitch ? Or do the slip stitch and start counting with the next stitch ?
I tried this and the loose end of the new color is ruining the stitches. What am I doing wrong? 😭
I do the same thing and its still offset
IM THE 100TH COMMENT😊😊
Will this work with other stitches and projects like hats, scarves?
No, this works best for single crochet while working in a spiral. I recommend slip stitching to join at the end of each row with larger stitches. This join will never cause a stair step.
do you count the slip stich as one of the stitches in the round?
This is my question! Did you figure it out?
This is my question, it adds a whole new stitch to each round and then just fucks everything up.
ITS THAT EASY?????
Why did you copy Club Crochet'd tutorial AND YT thumbnail?
Thank you SO MUCH this changed everything about my chrochets 🥲😭
