- Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and Bakehouse - This was such a great find for a cafe. If there is one thing I love as much as local food, it's a cafe with exceptional sweets and this place takes the cake!
goo.gl/maps/qa7PXKZszNJH5k9R9
Elco Pani Puri - I had someone recommend this place to me due to it's hygienic pani puri and I must say they were right! very hygienic indeed!
goo.gl/maps/692L57ddUhb2qmU48
Persian Darbar - Finally time for some Biryani in Mumbai! I wasn't really sure where to go but it seemed like everybody said I needed to try here so I went and gave it a shot. This is delicious no doubt and the chicken was so fall apart!
goo.gl/maps/zKAGEhwT8bHTSwqk6
Ram & Shyam Chaatwala - A place that has been satisfying the locals with Chaat for decades. The owner here is so humble and I am honored I got to try his Chaat as it was phenomenal!

Yes. My 18yr old granddaughter is traveling tomorrow to visit her older sister that lives several US states away. She's going there to show her how to cook family recipes. ♥️
@@laine7257 I wish for a wonderful journey for your Granddaughter...Much wishes for the sisters to enjoy recipes passed down from the loving hands of their Grandmother 💐

What about Ministry of Crab?
After eating biryani, the lines you've said about Indian people takes my heart.
Love you brother.❤️
The only foreigner who extensively tasted almost every type of biryani across India is Carlos Volpe, who became a self proclaimed biryani lover, and as per him, he liked the Kolkata Biryani the most.
Yes and Hyderabadi biryani is worst for me🤧..I like Lucknow biryani too bro🤝
No he didn't try gujarat dang district desi chulha biryani
His dada boudi biryani video is not available on youtube right?
@@udaymahla8898 people invent their own biryanis 💀
@@sonali3564 of course people invent their own biryani but desi mean desi no biryani can best than made on chulha from desi people and served on green leaves and have van bhojan in greeny area that makes dang district desi biryani more exciting and amazing in tastes.
Indian food can be the BESTTTT reason for anyone to visit India 🤤🤤
Be it biryani, chaats, Sweets, North Indian food or South Indian food 🥺
Max, you make me "homesick" for India. I love your videos. I have been going to India at least once a year for 41 years.
whoa ! 41 years ?? that's longer than I have been alive ..you must really love our country :D
If you don't mind me asking, where are you from ?
Seeing India through your lens is just something Max! Even though I live here I can’t get enough of your India series - you capture India’s beauty (and food) so well! ❤️
I agree with you Rhea I had watched all his awesome video at india 🇮🇳 🙏❤️
This video was so good. Love Max's energy and excitement and innocence also of not knowing what something is and yet enjoying it. No shenanigans. Just modern and desi food and his excitement and his stories of what a certain food reminds him of and how it compares to other cities. Really genuine.
Please DONT leave India !!!! You can go all across India, trying the foods and seeing the sites. Love the Indian videos. xo
Thank you 😊 sister
Where are you from ?

Max you said it right- food is nothing without love of people..keep sharing your great videos🙂
Thank you, I will!!!
I have been to this very Persian Darbar outlet a few years back . The waiter told you to try chicken biriyani as its the bestseller but that doesn't mean its the best biriyani! Actually many people in India don't eat mutton that much (for them it tastes a bit gamy) and hence chicken biriyani is by far the most popular variant. As a rule of thumb mutton biriyani is better than chicken biriyani unless one doesn't like mutton in the first place. I think I had mutton ran biriyani there and it was quite good.
You are right, mutton biryani is always best
*Brother you are right. I also tried mutton Raan Biryani in Persian Darbar and trust me, I will never forget that ever. I had biryanis in Hyderabad too but Raan biryani was ultimate and memorable experience. I wish I get a chance to eat that again. 😭*
Thank you for showing the good parts of the country and the good food max!
The richness of this western and hygienic Indian food in Mumbai was very unique in your video.
Support this guy as much as possible India ❤❤❤
Hi from Bangalore (South India), Max. You're doing a good job. Have fun and enjoy your culinary journey through India 😊
*Evn I'm Abhilash from Bangalore (jayanagar 4th block) hope u too interested in vlogging??wru from Bangalore
Been in Mumbai for 10 years, I would recommend to try Chicken Kepsa (biryani like dish) from Mumbai Darbar in Byculla. It is the dish I have never got bored of, or never will be. They usually serve in a very big plate full of Kepsa.
Max could be a great food vlogger.
Love the way he explains every dish very deeply
Love from India ❤️❤️
I love your videos Max. Just a correction, in Mumbai its not Bay of Bengal, its Arabian Sea. Thank You. Hoping for lot more videos from India.
Bay of Bengal is on the other side ... like the Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean
Lovely Vlog Max! Bandra is the perfect combination of a laidback coastal settlement and a vibrant, happening suburb. The promenade, shopping areas, food, people and the energy of this place is wonderful. The cafe that you visited looks amazing and you seem to have mastered the art of eating by hand (along with the benefits it offers) 👍
Have a great time in Mumbai...
"FOOD IS NOTHING WITHOUT THE PEOPLE"❤
What we Indians take for granted - a large variety of tasty foods, kind strangers helping you with directions or just a relaxed street corner food stall serving yummy snacks - it is something unique for Westerners. Time we start valuing what we have.
So humble, clear heart ❤ honest and respectful…I’m already in love with this man ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
30:35 Sev puri looks amazing 😍😍😍😍😍
The most down to earth foodie..♥️
Thank you for visiting India..

Max must be the only Foreigner to understand how welcoming Indians are.
Putting Hands on the chest represents they're happy to Host the Guest and they value it.
Even though I am from Delhi but the best biryani I ever had was in Hyderabad from a restaurant named BAWARCHI RESTAURANT...i tried Chicken Biryani and it was very very delicious 😋
Bawarchi way better than Paradis
Amazing video, the way you used your hands to eat the biryani is like a native. You caught on and no hang-ups.
Thanks for visiting India and trying out so much. Best wishes 👍🙏
Dude, loved that you used your fingers to dig in instead of using silverware!! That’s how you get the best taste from Indian food when served 👍
23:33 Food is nothing without the people! You got me Man❤😂
Hi max, I hope you’re having a good time, I’m from Jaipur Rajasthan and I’ve been to Mumbai earlier a lot of times but you made me crave to visit it asap because of that drool-worthy creamy croissant 🫠🫠 it looks delicious.

Excellent coverage.... enjoy Max...
Max, You are enjoying the area I lived in and is now called Bandra West. It was not quite so swank or expensive 30 years ago. I hardly recognize it with all the commercial growth. It was always ahead of it's time even then.
Que rico 🤤 el biryani . Su descripción magistral . Sigo babeando 🤤🤣
Try Kolkata biriyani too since you have already tried the rest. Main three biriyani which are very famous are Hyderabadi biriyani, Awadhi biriyani and Kolkata biriyani. They all are different.
Being and Indian I didn't cover all over the India ,but you are very lucky I think you covered entire county ,eating different types of dishes ,seeing different religion ,great man
Max is creative when it comes to abstract food paintings 🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍

Without Mumbai India nothing
Mumbai is magic ✨ really
Subko is one of the finest coffee shops in all the land! Next time you're there, try the cold brew and the bacon & cheese toastie! Those are just as good as the expresso creme stuffed croissant!
You went to the cafe where Christians live then had Panipuri by Hindu hands then went to a Muslim restaurant for Biryani and purchased shoes by a Muslim guy (Zuber) you greeted him with Muslim greetings, met Hindus with Namaste, This is India, This is Mumbai ❤ 🇮🇳 ☮️
Hey dude, I've been watching some of your recent videos of you travelling in India. Its just entertaining 👌. But the thing is you are asked, and paying a lot more. This has happened frequently but not always. People in business tend to increase prices more than the base price just for the middle class or the richer section maybe based on thier outfits or language. If they get to know that you aren't a local, they will charge you higher. (If the base price for 1kg Potato is ₹30, the price is raised to ₹35 or ₹40 based on if the person can pay or not). Don't get me wrong, many items in India are already way cheaper compared to that of US. Since I'm from India, i suggest you to consult a local before buying like how you do at very rare cases. India is a beautiful country with many diverse cultures. Visit every single tourist spot in India and do come to Karnataka. Continue your journey in India and hope you have a great time here 👍🙏🏻.
The floral taste is probably from saffron, loads of it. Loving your eating with your hands action 😀
Man! you missed it again...I'm talking about Mutton Biryani!!! it is the best biryani. Last time you missed in Hyderabad and now in Mumbai. I'm native from Mumbai so I'll recommend you to search for 'Agri Khanaval' near by and try their Dal Mundi (Goat head lentils curry) and some seafood there. This places are all over Mumbai and serve the authentic traditional Mumbai food with hundreds of year old recipes.
Take a deep breath forget about everything, Just relax and eat some delicious chaat 🤩😍❤️ mantra from MAXXXXX💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼
hey Maxx ! recently started watching ur videos and now im addicted!!!!! please do visit Karnataka Bangalore if possible !! there is some amazing food diversity here !
I am from Pakistan and watching your Indian food tour and I must say the people and the food of India are two best things and it's my personal experience about Indian people coz I have more then 300 subscribers from India 😝 love from 🇵🇰🇵🇰
