  • St Michael's-on-Wyre where Nicola Bulley went missing - Part 33 #nicolabulley
This is the last clip of the day.
As you can see it is getting dark at the end.
Some have said if I should film the area. I went because of a few reasons. (1) The press have been and were on the day. So if you moan about me then moan about them at the same time, and who are doing shows non stop. I simply filmed the location. (2) Lots of people making comments online without seeing the area. I thought it may stop people making conclusions without seeing the whole place. (3) It may stop morons going who will pester locals. I try not to be noticed or upset people.
So before you post how I should not have filmed, perhaps you should post the same on all the big news stations youtube channels who are also doing what I did.
As for those who believe she was taken. Consider this. The distance from the park to the road is a few mins, and would probably be seen. It would take a very strong person to carry a human that far, especially someone who was trying to get away from you. However you leave you end up on the main road. As you can see from my films, you end up on the main road and that is busy with cars, so you would be seen. It is a very busy road. This is why it is probably unlikely she was taken.
To be clear the police were all over the place. And this was several days after she had gone missing. The police were working very hard.
The water seemed very dark, and you could not see the diver in the water. It took ages to examine a tiny part of under the water. The police have 10 miles of river to look at. It is understandable this could take weeks if not months.
The sides of the river are covered n bushes. Walking along you would find it hard to see anything. Even a drone would not see under the bushes.
While the river looks not to be moving much, and it is odd how she could fall in the river. It seems to be the only possibility. It is reported she had boots on, and one suspects this would make it hard to swim.
Please do not go breaking into any house or property or pester people.
The river is too deep to walk across. To leave means going on the path (you cannot avoid doing that). So you may be seen by walkers. However you end up on the main road where you will be seen by many cars.
Note too that around the park they have a flood defence where the path is raised high. It means if someone did fall in the water, then it would be unlikely to see this unless you were stood very close. Again you will see this from the films I have taken.

An excellent set of videos. By watching these I learnt a lot about the area that was unclear from other sources. Great effort!
For me, the only question this series didn't answer, unless I somehow missed it, was right at the top of the upper field, where the Rowanwater exit is, if it is even an exit. I think there was a police or search team there, and you were wisely avoiding pointing the camera at them, but my question is, is that a public exit from the field or does it lead only onto private land? Likewise, does the river path continue on the other side of that exit? This is relevant because it is near the last known sighting.
Anyway, thank you for creating and posting these.

On your point about her being taken - in the scenario you describe, yes I agree. However, she still could walked herself, either willingly (e.g. lured, unaware of the danger) or under duress (e.g. at knife or gun point), and maybe to a vehicle or temporary hideout on adjacent property, rather than directly to the main road. At gun point you do as you're told. Once in a vehicle, you're no longer conspicuous. I'm not saying this is likely, and maybe the police have compelling reason to rule out all variations of that scenario, but so far she's not been found in the river, despite very extensive searching.

The only way really, if she was abducted, is that she crossed the river right there in some sort of floating device like a dinghy. It fits all the check marks:
      - nobody was around
      - no CCTV
      - roads leading away from the other side of the river don't have CCTV either
      - it explains why Willow stayed there
      - it also explains away her phone on the bench, as she may have been called over to the river more than likeky to help someone
      - it takes less than 5 minutes before disappearing from view as there is a bend in the river.
Locals own various floating devices, the police need to check that angle out

Top Wandering . See Peter Faulding doing his search on the river and police working away . I certainly would not want to fall or tumble into that river near the bench , very dangerous. And most people underestimste how cold that water is , about 4 to 7 celcius as a guide, dangerously cold. The river was also a good 1 feet higher on the day.
I have noticed it is possible to walk under that bridge from the footpath. Where the top horizontal fence beam has been removed, presumably this allows to walk under the bridge to the footpath on the otherwise and avoid the road ? Just an observation .
I think the river is the most probable theory , well done good respectful research , and a very nice walk for the dog 🐶👍

I honestly feel so sad for Nicola can’t imagine what she must’ve been through one way or another she needs to be found, whatever happened to the days of the police and the public going out in force, massive search teams etc etc, instead people are being chased away. And I’m sorry I know the police are working really hard but I’m expecting large numbers of people, dogs anything that might help and I don’t not in any of ur videos I see people searching the river

You have ten miles of river. Indeed lots of bushes to cover. However when the police diver was in I could not see him. So I presume if someone was under the water they could not be seen on foot or even with a drone.

Why don't they bring in special trainer dogs that find people
