You are amazing thank you ! I really hope i can succeed in it , i manage simultaneous interpreting well but i keep failing when it comes to the consecutive one , i don't remember much details and my notes are just fast writing of the whole speech , i feel sad that consecutive exists cause it's hindering me of following my dream

I'm sorry to hear you're having a difficult experience with consecutive. However, I'm happy for you for being able to interpret simultaneously. I'm still progressing in that area. You're right, they require different set of skills... But the key to getting better in any is practice :-) All the best ..

Thank you Alhan for this video. I have had some experience in translation rather than interpretation. Today, I have tried your method but i couldn't even remember one sentence. Two sentences I was totally lost. Is this normal?Any suggestions?. Further, do you have any video source for any good modern arabic speaker. I need to enrich my Arabic Fosha.
    Thank you

Thank you for your comment, Kyle! As you know, translation and interpreting require skills that are different from each other. You'll need the practice for both to become faster and for it to become natural to you. I have some video links in the description section. One suggestion that comes to mind is Al-Jazeera documentary in Arabic that can help your Fos'ha! All the best.
