I’m having a hell of a time with this.
Mine are feeling shortened, torn and non functional- just pinned there between equally shortened and hanging on for dear life tendons at both ends.
It’s affecting shoulder stability and my delta seem to have all but disappeared at the front and back of both arms.
I’ve gone to so many physios here in Australia and they’re completely useless- there’s a huge push away from palpation and manual release investigation etc within the industry.
Instead it’s theragun and gaslight the patient for their symptoms not making sense.
Accurate clinical notes would certainly help them.
They expect patients with identical bilateral injuries to just help themselves only.
