This video is a mess but I love this couple. Although they have so little scenes together still their dynamics are so strong and out of all the couples, they leave the biggest impression on me.
Their tragic backstory is what made Man wol the person she is and the scene where she sees him again is so heartbreaking.
She was so happy to see him again although she knows that she is part of Yeon Woo's past that he doesn't and probably never will remember.

Their relationship was really beautiful, the way they cared for each other and meant everything for each other like family was heartbreaking. Because what hurt more wasn't even his death (even tho it was real sad), it was her seeing him after centuries, reincarnated, living a happy life and not being able to talk to him because she's part of his past. (Now that's how you write a sad story)

I tot manwol, chungmyung n yeonwoo in love triangle at first.. Well.. I really liked them so
I just finished watching Hotel del Luna, yeah I'm too late.
I swear only IU gave me this so much heartbreak of love storyline from leading man, 2nd lead syndrome, 3rd lead syndrome.
First it was in Scarlet Heart when she and Wang So has to be separated and not being able to be together longer. Then Wang Wook, I actually shipped them so hard til his character turned into evilish. Lastly, with Wang Jung, he loved Hae Soo so much eventhough he knew who's truly in her heart.
Now in HDL with almost same plot of Chang Seong, Chung Myung, and Yeon Woo.
While everyone cheered up for Chung Myung, the moments that I cried hard the most were of Man Weol and Yeon Woo. You can't just deny the pain especially when Yeon Woo was in the death row.

This drama was absolutely amazing, as is this edit! Only thing it lacked (for me) is the main couple chemistry! Because the background and characters were made so incredibly strong! Love these two, wish they had a happy ending

I think he loved her more than a sister. The part where she leaves to meet the other guy and he grabs her arm and asks if she'll be back...really hits home. You could see it in his eyes. And plus he promised to build her a house for crying out loud.
