What an incredible album. This rivals 'self-titled' in my opinion! I remember the song-voting for Reactionary, the Napster sponsored tour, and getting such incredible albums less than a year apart (IIB and Reactionary). Face to face is just timeless...such a special band. "Right as Rain" just continues to grow on me too. However their style may evolve, it's impossible to deny Keith's incredible ear and talent for song composition.
What happened to Matt riddle?? Trever has made good!! But a drastic switch from playing metal covers in the Hesperia version of exodus. And original metal band Victoria manor!!
Just randomly ran across this video and comment. Wow, you know your Face to Face. Very few can call out the Victoria Manor reference. I had their demo some decades ago, and it's been just as long since I listed to it, but if I recall, Trevor had a bit of a Geoff Tate / Queensryche angle going with the vocals. Matt Riddle went on to play in Pulley and No Use for a Name after Face to Face.
