Be yourself through the chemo. You will be tired often if you can with William make chemo a fun time. I took ministry school work to chemo with me. And I had friends who helped me through getting to classes. Friends and family can be great help. My church family helped me.

I had no idea "preventative" chemotherapy was even a thing. It's nice what wealth affords you
I had it. They removed the cancer but couldnt get a ckear edge all the way around. So just to make sure they gave me preventative chemotherapy for 6 months followed by 3 months of radiation in Texas paid for by Medicare. It is actually the standard treatment you envious person.
I highly doubt it’s a wealth issue. What they Probably mean by preventative is that: There is no obvious indication that the cancer spread but instead of waiting for the cancer to multiply into big lumps that can be seen with the naked eye chemotherapy will be used in hopes of preventing that (minimize the chance of that happening), just in case. Which competent doctors everywhere for everyone give as an option. No one is required to have chemotherapy, by the way; anyone can have as much cancer carved out as possible and then be done with everything, sometimes all the cancer is caught and it won’t regrow, sometimes not all cancer is caught and in hindsight chemo would have been a wise decision.
My sister had preventative chemo and is fine now. You don't have to be wealthy to have it. She is in Ireland and didn't have to pay for treatment.
I had preventative chemotheraphy in the US . Quit wallowing in your envy of rich people Meducare covers it.
