And it’s the afe intake that gives you that sound. That’s your mass air flow sensor making the noise. Not the throttle body spacer.

These motors are too weak. Whenever you shift, the rpms drop too low for the next gear. I also own a 9th gen k24 accord 6 spd.
so then swap in gears from another K series transmission, or a different final drive
I'm hoping For a major difference when the turbo kits arrives. I want them rpm's jumping quick after every shift
The K24W engines aren’t weak at all if they’re tuned right and on good fuel. When I was still daily driving my 9G it made 191whp and 184wtq with a RV6 catless downpipe, RV6 midpipe to the stock catback, HPS intake and the TB spacer on a blend of about E30. The power curve looked identical to a J30 V6 car.

Did you adjust your throttle override to get rid of the nasty rev hang? I have mine currently set to 20% and it’s pretty nice, but I flashed it back to the factory map and driving sucks.
I’m using tune 1. The only tune they have available for my vehicle. When I enter the maps I don’t have as much options as other vehicles to do any modifications. What kind of car do you have?.

@@hondagangtivities4961 KTuner goes far more in depth than just flashing their included basemap, dyno tuners literally use the same software you are to tune your car, just complicated

I only notice a difference when I got the Downpipe. It's a must get

How’s the cold start? Did the mid pipe make it louder or quieter
The midpipe balanced the tone. I would highly suggest to get them as a pair. Without the midpipe it's very raspy and loud
@@hondagangtivities4961 I just installed the aem mid pipe for coupe on my sedan. I had to buy a 2.5 extender but it sounds great. Hear the rv6 mid pipe too quiet

Out of curiosity what your k.count and k.cont sitting at on a typical drive? I have a similar setup to yours. On stage 1 I get about 10 to 18 knock counts in a 30 min drive. Sometimes my k.cont jumps to .7 but goes back down. Mostly happens when I'm off throttle or partial. WOT doesn't seem to knock for me.
I don’t know too much about k.cont or k.count but I been monitoring my vehicle after reading your comment. The lowest I seen it go to 5 when I’m step on it very hard. Also the highest I’ve seen it recently at 11. Also I see it go from .71 - .91. All depends on the way I’m driving.

I have a 2013 Honda accord sport 2.4L i4 with the same Cold air intake as you with a muffler delete and I top out at 130mph

I have a 2015 Sport with HPS intake, RV6 PCD, 2.5” resonated mid pipe and stock exhaust and when I tuned it using Hondata I made 191/183 HP/TQ on a DynoJet 248H. 93 pump gas.

@@armancha23 lol no 191/183 we’re the HP and TQ numbers, 248H is the model number of the DynoJet
And I wrote that backwards 183/191.
HP/TQ @ the wheels on a DynoJet 248H chassis dyno using the SAE correction factor. I always specify which correction factor and model of dyno because it’s very different from a DynoJet to a Mustang dyno to a Dynacom etc and then different shops will use different correction factors to pad their numbers. I don’t like fluff, so I use SAE correction for every pull I record.

Yes I did. Disabled two things. I followed someone else’s channel on CZcams how to go about that. It’s very simple.
I have a 2013 accord v6 coupé I completely replaced the exhaust from the engine all the way through with RV6’s HFPC, J pipe, mid pipe and a borla axle back exhaust. idk if the guy who installed your stuff maybe screwed up on the install and that’s what caused your engine light to come on. but I’ve driven mine for months and ain’t got no engine light. I also installed it with a friend and myself not incredibly hard just took a couple hours.
It’s installed correctly. I have no issues with the drive or performance. Major gains. The car has no cat. So it’s normal for a light to come on. You have a 2013 Accord? That car is about 7yrs old, may wanna see if your sensors are working correctly?
I also want to change my complete exhaust system too. I got the downpipe, midpipe, intake, exhaust, and throttle body. What other parts of the exhaust systems you recommend I do next? I’d like to know more. Message me here or on iG - @Poomula

I don't think it's possible to feel a hp difference with these mods, the gains would be so minuscule.

i thought the same thing but with the ktuner alone you feel a difference, even my gf told me she felt a little difference. have a AT it down shifts faster and for sure has more top end now obviously
My accord only has a k&n intake and I've hit 130
I hit 135 stock. The k24wx has 155 in her easily.
I gut my cat and no code year later why get that cat when Yu can gut the stock
The pre cat delete is the biggest gains. Right off the head

I have a 2017 sport 6 speed. I see alot of people saying just get the v6. The v6 only comes auto which is the reason alot of people I know got the 4 banger. I gave up more power and speed for the manual Trans.
