Sorry Al, but some Eagles fans gotta stop coddling Hurts. The reality is… the player controls the narrative, not the media. Look at how AJ turned around his perception. He spoke his mind & then backed it up with his actions. Jalen goes around brooding & seemingly sad at all time. Frankly, the media asked him an optimistic question about his coach but because he’s feeling sorry for himself, he made it awkward.
I watched every single player OTA press conferences. They were all very inspiring, fun & got me excited about the season. Everyone except QB1. Even if you remove the question about Nick, he’s a downer. I am a Hurts supporter but he ain’t getting a pass from me.
I honestly don't see the front office moving on from Hurts cuz Hurts isn't trying to make an exit, like you said, plus Hurts is way stronger mentally than Wentz!!! This is all the front office doing, they didn't have to go to Howard Eskin and say what they did!!! As long as Hurts/Moore are on the same page, I think is a bit more important!!! QB2 production with supposedly two #1 receivers.
