  • Overall these are nice little machines. Good for all-around work and play. I truly think these could surprise a lot of folks on the trail systems we have here in the eastern U.S. #utv #atv #offroad

The issue with the tires apparently was that they had junk valve cores in the stems. I had some replacements in my toolbox so I swapped out the cores with the little core tool, reinflated the tires, and they are holding air OK now. We'll see how long the 4-ply sidewalls hold up going forward...

I have a 2022 Pro Mx EPS Mule and we absolutely love it. It works as hard as it plays and for just over 1500 miles it has proven to be tough and reliable. The beauty of this machine is it's simplicity. It's super easy to maintain, easy to drive and has a very long range for trail riding because of it's 9.5 gallon fuel tank. Comfortable for cruising with torque to spare Kawasaki got it right with this Mule.
    Couple things to add.
The air intake is actually up under the dashboard, the tube in the engine bay is the clutch vent/breather. The small cubbies on either side of the top of the dash are speaker holes for the Kawasaki factory radio you can get, and there is a round punchout in the dash for the audio head unit. The sometimes quirky reverse issue will go away as the clutch breaks in. This Mule will climb hills like a mountain goat until your wife is screaming at you to stop. Take care and have fun brother!

Just bought a new Mule SX 4x4. Looked at the Pro, about 2k+ more. Missed some differences, Pro is wider, 8", has doors, dual headlights, attached hitch, upgraded dump box door, digital clock and hours, bigger engine, faster are the big differences. I bought the SX because of its smaller size for yard work. Great video, Thanks.

Bought my first Mule in 2008! Still runs flawlessly today without any major hiccups. Today I own 8 Kawasaki Mules, a SX XC, 2 Trans 4's, 2 FXT's, 2 FX's, and a MX. No complaints! Great machines for hunting and chores. Does everything i need them to do.

I have zero complaints with mine. You're probably the only individual I've heard or know complain this much about the 2024 mule. Why did you buy it if you had this much to gripe about?

Thanks for this video. A bit long, but time well spent. I am in the market for a mid-size machine and am considering the Kawasaki Mule Pro-MX and the Polaris SP570. We will mostly be working in our woods and home acreage along with using it during hunting season. With our ATV, I am not sure if we ever had it over 30MPH with the confinement of the woods. After watching this and hearing your pros and cons and a 3 year warranty, I am really leaning towards the MX. Off to watch more mid-size UTV videos.

They are really heavy and sink easily in soft terrain. The little SX is a mountain goat in comparison. I'm just pointing out the truth.

Can you go max speed with the rear locked?
Like when you drift it in RWD on snow or wet asphalt for example.

I have steel wheels on mine. We were trail riding and side swiped a rock with the wheel. The lip on the rim next to the tire bent quite badly. I pulled it into the garage and hammer the lip back in place. Can’t do that with aluminum wheels. In my experience, cast aluminum wheels will leak air. I stay with steel wheels. The engine looks like a Kymco. Is the entire vehicle made by Kymco, or is Kawasaki using Kymco engines?

Bought one last spring. No problems so fare. As he said, the shift selector in finicky. The suspension is great. Soaks up pot holes and washboard roads. Just opinion, but this machine has plenty of get up and go. It can go 45mph, but the short wheelbase makes it feel a little squirly on dirt roads anything above 35. I dont regret my purchase, it really works well.

I would literally pay money to see you compare this to the hisun sector 750… they are very compareable, speed, engine size, both single cyl, for the price the hisun comes with more extras.. i got a sector because it was like a “better” version of my dads older mule… been impressed so far, but this would be what i had gotten with a little more cash…

I hope you have good luck with that machine I've had Kawasaki mules for over 20 years . The mule pro mx was the worst Kawasaki mule I ever owned . I found out after talking to the dealer the reason why I had so much issues with that machine the engine and the biggest part of that machine is made in China . I had one problem after the other only had mine for a year and half. And I made a smart decision I traded it for a Kawasaki mule fxr and it has been great

That has to be the worse placement of any AIR intake. That would turn me off. Dust will get in there, water will get in there. Both things you do not want in an engine. Why they didn't make the intake way up on the rack above the passenger.

    • @jerrydespaltro4023
      @jerrydespaltro4023 Před 3 měsíci

That is not the engine air intake under the bed. The engine air intake is somewhere up under the dash.
I'm not sure what the duct under the bed is for.
