So after this video I decided to replace the piston kit with a Pro-x piston kit as well as honed the cylinder! COMPLETE STEP BY STEP WALK THROUGH....

So a good new piston and rings will be around 3% loss as there is never a perfect seal. So there was a little loss in compression, nothing big BUT, my oil rings were worn and that's why I was seeing the proverbial "Puffs of blue smoke".
