What does the “Q2M” stand for? Always wondered 🤔

Baitaddictbaits - Apologies for the delay in replying! We only just saw you had messaged! Slipped through the net 🤭😂 .. that’s a good question! The honest answer is we have no idea. We did ask Gyeon the very same question a while back but they didn’t reply! 😞 ... we do know that the name “Gyeon” derives from ‘Gyeon-Go’ which in Korean translates to ‘Solid’, ‘Firm’ or ‘Strong’. They reference this to ceramic coats. We know that doesn’t answer your question though 😂🙏🏽

@ミἏḅẏṣṣḯṇḯạṇミ Wrong! Q2R stands for "Quartz to Repels" (answer comes from a official Gyeon dealer)

@ミἏḅẏṣṣḯṇḯạṇミ Repels means "Water repellent" ideal for Marine use ;-)
So the R stands for Repels and the M for Maintenance
      No need to check :-)

@ミἏḅẏṣṣḯṇḯạṇミ Yes! It is the Marine line of Gyeon and the R stands for Repels (Hence they put Marine in front of Q2R) ;-)
If the R stands for Marine Why do you print Marine in front of Q2R???

When working with Gyeon products Do Not use other brands!
Gyeon products are designed to work in conjunction with each other (developed and tested in their laboratories)
the effectiveness of the products "cure" will last longer.
Hence you have the Q2 line (Coatings) Q2M (Maintenance) and the Q2R (Repels) line of products!
I would Not be surprised (don't know actually) it would be also the case for the brand CARPRO (both top of the line car care brands)
People should stop watching these kind of misinformation (mixed brands) video's and be smart enough to only watch
the official Care Care Brand video's on how to use their products like czcams.com/users/GyeonQuartzfeatured

Spooky - Thanks for watching the video! We agree that there’s a lot of misinformation out there - and your comment has unfortunately contributed to that misinformation! We agree that in some instances you should ‘stick to the family of products’, a point we mention in some of our videos! But this is on a case by case basis! From experience we know what products work well together through years of experience which we have shown through longevity testing! We only demonstrate products on our channel which work well together! However - you will still be entitled to your opinion which we appreciate (agreeing that it’s SAFER to stick to the same brand but not always necessary). But just bear in mind you could be limiting your detailing potential by not using products from other brands which perform better than the family equivalent. Hope that makes sense but thanks for your valued opinion 👍🏽🙏🏽

@@VProjectUKDetailing I did not watch all your video's. But its nice to know you tell your viewers in them do stick to the same Brand if needed (like with Gyeon)

Spooky - Thank you for your kind words! When creating videos it’s very difficult to get all detailing tips into each and every video! All videos would be way too long and/or repetitive! Please give our channel a chance! Watch the videos (they get better as the channel develops - but we would say that 😂) and you’ll hopefully gain some valuable tips along the way! Please subscribe - watch with an open mind and if you don’t like what you see/hear then feel free to unsubscribe but you’ll hopefully see/hear our experience come through - but give it a go! Thanks again - hoping you’re a long term subscriber 😂🙏🏽👍🏽
