A little about me:
My channel is a Cities Skylines based channel but i may upload other things in relation to Cities Skylines that are among the 'creativity' aspect of CZcams. I am an Architecture student, studying in the UK, I work on this channel as my hobby in my spare time. Cities Skylines is fun for me and it also helps me in my Architecture degree as I develop an understadning of how 'public' places function, feel and look. This game brings out the best of 'creativity' especially when playing in Vanilla (which I mostly focus on). I hope you can get some sort of value from my videos, and i hope you stick around during the journey.

Know I know every power line doesn’t need to be connected and some things can share power is close enough! I jumped straight into basically creative on Xbox so the blue bit with power confused me, water I got though.

Really great tutorial. I was just wondering how I could do this with wind turbines because my electricity availability is so inconsistent and I don’t want much pollution in my city.
Well a Power Plant provides 40w of Electricity. And a turbine does 8w (but for a much cheaper up-cost) but wind tuneviena cost “more to build” when starting but are a much better alternative when further in.
So if I was you. Go for wind turbines. BUT. Remember you will be a little short on cash at the beginning but I’m the long run (in my opinion) Turbines are better.

whats the new mods like that automatically have it all attached to streets? I'm not using it personally because its cheating but it sounds hassle free
What? I don’t have any mods enabled? Just place a road down. Then use the grid to place your power lines onto to make them nice and straight. Same with the water line. It locks to the grid on the road. Make sure you have all snapping turned on.

Its still not working ? I did everything on the water (connected the pipes placed everything down)
This could be a few things:
1) The budget in your economic tab is set to 0% for electricity or water.
2) If your using wind turbines... Make sure that they are in a place where they can actually generate electricity (its says 0-8mw before you place them).
3) You may have a larger city that requires more electricity or water... placing down an extra power source or water source will help this... or you can increase your water & electric budget.
4) Try deleting everything and replace it all again making sure that your budget in economics panel is set to at least 100%
5) Make sure that the area you want to provide with water is covered with the blue zone.
6) Make sure that your electricity pylons are INSIDE both the blue zone of the energy source for both your city AND your water sources. ie. Connect a pyling to the water pumping station blue zone.
7) The game isnt your friend :)

I think that will be your water availability. Make sure you have enough water pumping stations or water towers. Aswell as the extra sewage on top of that
It was also my problem but than I found out that I didn’t unpaused the time😂
