true. My groupmate at the university died because of Jehovah Witnesses. She was a normal person but then she got more into this "religion" and she's started to fade away. Its hard to watch that go on, when i was a teenage i had 2 friends i use to travel to work with, when one left the church they would sit near each other on the bus but not acknowledge each other and they had been friends for years. It is difficult to see the ridiculous belief system of a church community specially when you grew up in it. I didn't go to a Scientology church, but I used to go to a church that basically took away people's time from their family and even brainwashed the people into devoting their money into building a church that never gotten built. All went into the pastors' pockets. It was difficult, but I had to leave on my own. My mom is still there, and it's tough, because it's like they have their own little world that my opinions and reasons aren't valid. I only hope that more peoples' eyes would be opened up soon.

It is difficult to see the ridiculous belief system of a church community specially when you grew up in it. I didn't go to a Scientology church, but I used to go to a church that basically took away people's time from their family and even brainwashed the people into devoting their money into building a church that never gotten built. All went into the pastors' pockets. It was difficult, but I had to leave on my own. My mom is still there, and it's tough, because it's like they have their own little world that my opinions and reasons aren't valid. I only hope that more peoples' eyes would be opened up soon.
