    Just made one and it turned out really nice! Love cardamom with the sweetness from dates/cranberries. I can't wait to try other recipe from this channel.

    These are incredible! For a non-dairy version I used Flax milk with lemon juice in place of the buttermilk and I would think any nut milk with an acid would work.I also used leget dates (softer and sweeter date), 2 cups whole wheat white flour and a few tablespoons of flax seed. The only problem is I can't leave them alone! lol

    THAT"S WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT EAT IT!!! Sometimes she doesn't eat it and my sisters and i get so "mad' when she doesn't lol! We are so used to watching Laura Vitale. But we love Anna Olson though too!

      Whenever crackers lose their crisp, youbcan usually recrisp them in the toaster oven with low heat and the convection fan on.

    Can I skip the molasses if I don’t have it? And can I use milk or yogurt and water instead of buttermilk? They look so good! I love crunchy snacks

      Molasses gives this recipe it's rice colour and flavour. If you don't have buttermilk you can make your own substitute. measure one cup of milk and add a couple tablespoons of lemon juice or white vinegar. Give it a stir.

      I use buckwheat and sorghum along with flax eggs. I guess u will need 2 flax eggs for this quantity
