It's nice to know stuff like this is out there, it helps keep Banjo Kazooie alive
Delightful. Is there lore for this world- Grunty's homeland or some such? So many hints of backstory- all those skulls in the flooded tunnel make me wonder how many would-be heroes have attempted this before. My only quibble is that a Rare fangame should have a GoldenEye easter egg. Great work regardless.

This certainly is a very interesting map! I initially assumed the Upside Down area was either the Underworld where the Devil lives or a twisted future of the map.
Not gonna lie, you should definetly apply for a job at playtonic, the guys over there could really need somebody who does level design on your level.
You're nailing the balance between Map design and Object layout way better than the staff of Playtonic...
So yea what can I say, you're doing fantastic on these hacks and it's a shame there's nobody who does this officially.

All these mods got me in my feels. It's like this was all unreleased material for "Threeie" and now KurkoMods is giving it the proper release it deserved.

@@warioexpert nope, it's honestly terrible... there's an LP on Mark's channel. also Tooie doesnt have any tools to work with like BK does it would be more possible to make Banjo Threeie on BK than Tooie at this point in time.
@@CrumbHuntComplete There are a few Banjo-tooie hacks, but they're pretty low quality. Only one I've ever played was one that replaced Spiral Mountain with the one from the original Banjo-Kazooie. Was pretty broken.

Pretty entertaining level to watch. Especially all the references that were placed all over the level. I really wish that some of the destructables such as the pumpkins had splatter effects when you destroy them.
Also, I have a question: Is it possible to add custom sound effects to the levels, or is it just the custom music?

Whatever you make, I am looking forward to it. I am a huge Banjo Kazooie fan and "The Jiggies of Time" was one of my Games of the Year last year.

Damn the frames get *so* chunky in some places. I know the original BK wasn't exactly butter smooth in every level on original hardware but I am curious why Banjo's Backpack just can't seem to allow mod makers to produce something that runs consistently well on an emulator.
Perhaps I've been spoiled into having very high performance expectations for old N64 games due to all the Kaze Emanuar SM64 stuff I watch. That guy has absolutely *ripped* into the original source code with the sole intent of making everything run as silky-smooth as possible, right down to original SM64 models having too many bones or triangles.
I do hope BK modding/hacking tools get some upgrades in the future. I loved BK the most as a kid and never want these nostalgia-baiting mods to stop.

I saw something recently about cartridges that work on n64 with your games? Was that a dream? I can't find anything about it
It's a guy who sell romhacks withouth creators permision, making money of our work. I completely understand that the idea of having new games for N64 in our time is really attractive, but unfortunately it is illegal to sell those cartridges

amigo, crees que habra una forma de crear un perfect dark... en que se pueda customizar las caras de los personajes..como iba a ser con la funcion de la gameboy camara antes de la censura? me quede eternamente con ganas de jugar unas partidas multiplayer con mis amigos...utilizando personajes con nuestras caras haha
Nunca he modificado perfect dark y no se como funciona, pero se que se pueden customizar los personajes, así que supongo que sería posible añadir las caras que quisieras.

The only thing I'm disappointed with uis the lack of castlevania music. Would have loved to have a banjo rendition of vampire killer or wicked child
It was more inspired by Transylvania than Castlevania unfortunately 😅 I could definitely test out a song though for fun, if I can make it work I'll put it on my channel 👌

The composer who helps me now (Riposte, link in description) found my projects thanks to Vinny, so he had the idea for that Easter Egg as a tribute👌
Mark has it right - I've watched Vinny for years, and a his stream of Nightbear Before Christmas introduced me to Kurko and the BK hack scene as a whole, doing a tribute-slash-musical-shitpost felt like bringing it all full circle 😝
Plus I couldn't resist making Mumbo sing the most important words :)

@Games ah ok thanks again for the info, Btw ...with the talent you have to create these mods and 3d platform games, I wonder why RARE or Microsoft doesn't hire you to make a Banjo 3 for the PC and the new consoles, they are the ones who owns the rights of the banjo character, I don't know what they are waiting for, the games they have made lately are very lame and they don't sell anything...they should go back to 3D platform games.

Tienes ue usar tu rom propia de BK y cargarla en el enlace que hay en la descripciñon del video, y entonces podrás descargar el juego ya parcheado
