DIY NEON pallet sign - glowing wall art!

For this you will need…
A paper heart template - I drew a half heart on a piece of folded A2 and cut it out so when I open it it’s a whole heart.
Pallet slats (find me on CZcams for dismantling pallet demos & where to find them for free)
A scrap piece of MDF big enough for your heart, I’m using 6mm thick MDF
Grips - to hold down your planks while you nail them
A drill to attach your fixings
small wood screws to attach your fixings
wood glue
Hot glue gun
jigsaw with wood blade
masking tape
Sander
Stanley blade
Pin gun
#Mending plates x 3 - 4 hole 100mm long
Optional items
pin gun - you could hammer pins in or leave to glue to dry for 24 hours weighted
Sander - sand by hand
Grips - weight it down while the glue dries instead
Drill - screwdriver instead?

Interesting video with some great ideas. Would possibly advise using a mask if cutting or sanding MDF.
