  • What's up guys! Today's video is quickness training for tennis, and speed and agility exercises for tennis. Tennis is a very reactive sport, where you have to be agile, quick, and speedy. You have to be able to move in all directions very quickly and reactively. We put together some of the best 10 exercises to improve your speed, agility, and quickness for tennis, so that you can be very fast and explosive on the tennis court! We do a lot with the tennis ball, we do some plyometrics for tennis, and we hit a lot of quick bursts of speed for tennis.     Love this, been hoping you would put something out there specific to tennis.
    I don't have cones, but I place tennis balls on a court near me, in the same positon. I use them in the same way to replicate your agility drills.

      Thank you! It honestly just depends on the exercise, the goal of the exercise, the program as a whole, athlete training life, sport schedule, etc. so it's hard to give a number.
