After building a strong brand within the community through their residential products, the Eco Ardence township has finally reached its maturity, and Maya will be the starting point for that next level.
Most townships in Malaysia start with residential products, usually progressing from landed homes to high-rises, then shop offices to retail components, accompanied by community-building elements such as parks and schools. Maya marks the transition of this address turning into a truly self-sustaining one, as it is part of an integrated development that consists of serviced apartments and retail components.
In this episode, we list the different formats of commercial office spaces, from shop offices to full corporate towers, and how they differ. Maya represents the middle ground, featuring a decorated lobby and lounge, which enhance the brand image of businesses. Security elements such as turnstiles provide sense of safety and security for team members. Especially for smaller businesses, there will be common areas suitable for business events. If more space is needed, there's a concourse available for rent.
However, the current concern is the market uncertainties for such products. The first testing ground would be Huni Square where the developer is holding and managing all units themselves. This demonstrates the developer's support and confidence in promoting these products.
I am amazed that the area had changed so much, wow the property development in Malaysia, TBH its world class
Which would you choose if you had to invest in Maya Corporate Tower vs Sunsuria Forum Corporate Office?
Wow, now got tri-key apartment already. And I was dreaming about a dual-key one.
Actually in the market got Penta-keys already hahaha;) It means 5 doors within a unit.
@@iherng Those are not targeted at own use then, right? Hope you will review some tri and penta ones later :)
Only Fan studio 😅😅😅, anyway good news and surprise with the uptake
Yea. The shop offices were like hot cakes!!
Nice video Sean! By the way will we see a vlog of the VP of Tropika? Or a house tour/review of it? 😆
I’m still thinking about whether to make a vlog about it haha.
Hi Sean,
I found your videos whilst doing some research of KL condos.
I was wondering if you could give a review of the top 5 condos in the KLCC area that you would recommend for an expat coming to stay in KL. working around the Bukit Nanas Monorail station!
Hi, any idea what is the plan / building that opposite huni? Thank you
Any developer is striving to reminisce DPC but I have yet to see any townships that can deliver as such. Yes, it may time but how long are you talking about. Personally, I cannot able to understand pricing for properties in DPC average RM1k psf (for condo) compare to RM800 ++ or even RM900 psf for townships that are new but far. DPC by far is still my best investment giving limitations unless I have tons of xxxxxx
I agree with you. To be so far from KL in Setia Alam and pricing at RM800-900psf levels is just way too ambitious. Even TA Global’s pricing for their SD condos is idiotic just because it is “near DPC”. However their Huni and Hana condos are pretty alright pricing wise.
It took DPC 10 years to mature and start commanding high prices. Maybe this developer is just trying to fast track it?
🏅
I really can't imagine the traffic flow in further on that area since it is a very car centric township without any public transport go in. Abit regart buying a house on that are 😢
Whats the price for sun suria corporate
so dense location... whats the catalyst here?
How is this dense? This would be the least dense location compared to other locations.
The density is insane😂
