📕Butter Chicken Ingredients:
First marination:
750 g boneless chicken, cubed (breast: large sized, thigh: small-sized)
3/4 to 1tsp Kashmiri chilli powder or paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
Juice of half a lemon
Second marination:
1 cup Greek or plain yogurt
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 1/4 tsp Garam masala
3/4 tsp Cumin powder(optional)
1 tsp Coriander powder(optional)
1 1/4 tsp fenugreek leaves powdered(Kasuri Methi)
1 1/4 tbsp Mustard oil or vegetable oil
For sauce:
10 Medium- sized Roma tomatoes
2 tbsp Butter or ghee
3 inches Cinnamon
10 cloves
10 Green cardamoms
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
3 sliced shallots, lightly golden
1 to 2 tbsp Oil for frying shallots
40 whole raw cashews
1/2 cup Canned tomato puree
1 tsp Honey
1/2 cup Heavy cream
Salt
1/2 Cup Hot water for gravy
📕Garlic Naan Ingredients:
4 cups All purpose flour
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 cup Warm water
1 tsp (8 g) Salt
1 tsp Vegetable oil
Sesame seeds
❁For Naan topping:
100 g melted butter
1 tsp minced garlic
A few sprigs of chopped cilantro(optional)
📕Cumin Rice Ingredients:
3 cups Basmati rice
5 cups water
1 tbsp Ghee
3/4 to1 tbsp Cumin(for plain rice skip it)
Salt to taste
