Just got my jeep today!!!
I had a Seicane radio for 10 months and it just quit on me, just went dead.
They sent me another and it died after about 8 months and they wouldn’t replace it.
I then bought a CaRobotor K1 and it works flawlessly even after over 2 years.
I was so impressed by the K1 that I bought the JPro digital dash and I am very happy with them both.

Just as an FYI. The attenna shown in video is actually GPS antenna not wifi for Wranglers that came with the base stereo that did not have GPS.
Quick question, does it allow split screen for music while gps.. and does it allow to zoom the gps? Thank you great chanel !

You had me sold on this radio. I went to order it and they $140 for shipping to Michigan.
Wow, just for shipping? Yikes.... that seems excessive. 😳
@@JeepingForBeginners yes it was $259 for the radio and I thought that was good. Then started to order it and shipping was an additional $140. So I cleared out the order and tried it again with the same results. So I'm trying a different brand and it looks about same as this one and about the same price but with free shipping

Yes they do. One of the features of this unit we checked before install
does fm radio station works or need to buy a different dab receiver?
We have had no issues with AM or FM radio... works fine
The price is incredible on this. I would have expected it to be way more expensive.
You get what you pay for.
Better stuff cost more; that’s just the way it is.
Going from comparable (looking) setups you’re right. But that’s all this does is look like a quality radio. You’re literally replacing trash that doesn’t work from the oem with slow trash that won’t work for a year from the aftermarket with this. Is it better than the factory? Sure but that’s an extremely low bar.
Just make sure you read other comments and dig through all the fake bot reviews before you buy one if you’re still looking to upgrade.
Did you have a hard time getting it to fit back in? Mine does not want to clip in.
I did, which is why, in the video, I suggested getting a bag of replacement clips, they are 7 bucks from the dealer..... well... at least I think I included that.... anyways, replacement clips from the dealer will get it to be a tight fit again

The exact one we got does not work with the factory Alpine, but they have a model that does.... just read the description before ordering. 😉
Does this radio, come satellite radio and back up camera?
If the jeep has the satellite radio or factory back up camera, it will support it. However, if you wish to add it those are additional purchases for this unit
The phone mount sitting flushed or did you have to modify the top tray??
The bullet point phone mount mounted right back in, nice and flush

Does the radio have access to sirius radio that I have now on my 2017 Jeep JK? It is carplay accessible correct??
Yes, will run satellite radio and does have both apple carplay and Android auto
Does this use the stock mic? Or did you already have one wired up?
Factory Bluetooth. Uses the stock mic. 😀
@@JeepingForBeginnershow is the Bluetooth audio? We’ve tried kenwood and they had a ton of echo with an aftermarket mic
Backup camera?
Has inputs for up to four cameras, default back up camera, and three separate remote cameras... will also record, (if setup correctly) video footage on demand.
How's the radio holding up now? Still liking it?
Holds up to everything we expected. So many features that we still find new stuff with it even months later. 😆
They have it for 259 right now so was debating on going for it 😂
Where is the lighting plug for the Apple Carplay?
Or is this Wireless CarPlay?

Runs off USB... standard iPhone cable will work... you would have to add an accessory at time of purchase for the lightning cable....
