I’m sorry you’ve had problems. I’ve had the K1 and the J Pro for over two years and have not experienced any problems. I have a 2013 JK and I put both systems in myself with a little help from CZcams. To me, it was well worth the investment. I agree that the sound is much better than from the stock head unit.
I'm still doing some experimenting... but I think the problems I've been having are due to write speed on the micro SD I've been using. The PNY, despite being V30, only have a 50MB/s write speed. I replaced with Kingston which has 170MB/s....magically the problems I was seeing have gone away. Need more tests to be sure, tho. Anyhoo, thank you for watching and commenting.
