The icey blue one really feels like something Elsa would wear!
The dress she chose definitely gives Elsa/Ice Queen vibes and adding the names of her lost loved ones was such a thoughtful and meaningful addition to her dress. đ
Yes, perfect wedding ensemble. The scarf with her family names embroidered was devine.
I love that in India color is so valued in a wedding dress.
It used to be valued in Europe too! Old Europe had colourful weddings!
I love her fiancé. I think he'd say it was "perfection" if she walked out wearing a burlap bag.
The last lehenga was spectacular and the personalized dupatta was just the cherry on top. I think they should mention the price as well so that we get an idea of how much the future brides have to spend to get that lookđ»
I saw the whole episode. All the outfits shown here are designer, although they don't show the price it would easily retail for 1 lac+. Hope this helped.
Unfortunately, showing off wealth is a typical act there, this way, no one needs to start bidding for the most expensive dress and ruin the show
@@kiararawat7812 what would 1 lac be in Us $?
@@emma_motema somewhere between 1k to 1.5k US dollars
@@kiararawat7812 1 lakh is too cheap for a designer outfit. Very basic designer outfit would cost around 1 lakh. This must be around 3-5 lakhs. My guess.
Adding the names was the perfect final touch and a detail that shows how thoughtful they really are.
How thoughtful of the consultant, he did so much more than was expected of him. Marvellous. đ
First, I love this consultant, he's like the Indian version of Randy, even down to being super slim! He is always committed to listening to what the bride wants.
Second, when Anushka comes out with the ice blue outfit, 6:18, her entourage's reaction was the literal embodiment of "Hear no evil, see no evil, say no evil!" So funny!
I think he is more like Aunty Gok đ€
@@leandabee Oh, thatâs a good point! Part Auntie Gok, part Uncle Randy!
@@annoir đ
I absolutely love this consultant too!
man that is some god level observation...hear no evil, see no evil, say no evil.respect bro
The embroidered names of loved ones who had passed... I cried!!
This episode was golden. From the music, to the storyline and then the bridal party. Divyak is an amazing consultant. He's up there with Gok and Randy.
This was staged because blue dupatta with names printed was already kept ready. But I am happy for the bride and the family.
Clearly, it was an emotive hook to make a sale more likely. I imagine, even if she had not bought any dress, she would have wanted to buy such a sentimental piece of clothing.
If not her, I am sure the mother would have bought it.
It is very interesting to compare the Indian brides of America, with the Indian brides in India.
They say that migrants clutch all the customs, all the rules, much closer, away from their homeland.
It appears to be very true. The Indo-American families seem much more obsessed with the classic red colours. Much more obsessed with modesty. Back in India, they seem to be adventurous, happy to give custom a severe shaking - colour, cut, much more sexy...
It really is fascinating to see the far more rigid colour/modesty/customs stuck to, in America, whilst in India, people barely bother to acknowledge their old customs.
I wondered why she wasn't crying.
Nope, they did it before, these brides have talked about their story and their outfit preferences before they have come for the consultation, based on their stories each bride for SYTTD are selected, the outfits were curated specifically according to the bride's input, they probably had the dupatta specifically embroidered before the bride came in as a surprise gift and to really sell the outfit. The consultations aren't staged, it just isn't the first time that the bride is communicating with the stylist's team, the team has prepared beforehand according to the given input.
@@eileenedmonson9485 And about the crying part, not everyone finds it easy to cry in public, specifically in India I have seen very few people burst out crying when they are too happy.
@@harshitabhuyan8892 Bro, how did they do embroidary on this particular blue dupatta in advance? Well, she had already selected this outfit. It was staged. Maybe, the mother's part wasn't staged but brides's part was definitely staged.
I am in tears... This dress was STUNNING! she looked beautiful in all of them but the third one was just ... Mwah! Chefs kiss! I love the consultant hes so sweet, kind, loving and he listens to the brides and keeps them first and foremost... As for this girl having lost a few loved ones, I can only imagine her pain, but her joy when she saw them included in her dress... The mom the family they are all wonderful!! I wish her all the best, may she always have love, happiness, health, joy, and enough... BB! With much love from New york!
This so so sweet, Thank you!â€ïž
@@1527av u were looking stunning!!!totally like Elsa...beautifulâšâšCan
U plzz mention the price?
I loved the fact that they embroidered the names of her lost loved ones on the final piece. Made me cry. đ
It is perfect, but this shows that their reaction is staged , how the stylist decided to put the name unless the bride olredy chosen before?
@@AlemK_Cher mother confirmed in the comments above that it was indeed a surprise and they had no idea the production team had done this.
For people thinking if this is staged. I thought so too when I saw the embroidered names on the dupatta, but both the bride and the bride's mother have clarified in the replies to the comments here that it was not staged or as scripted as one would think. They said that the consultant had a pretty good idea about what the bride was looking for from maybe when they would've talked before coming to this place
Sure, theyâre just going to customize an expensive piece of fabric they canât resell or reuse on the off chance they might sell it to her. You probably believe everything you read on the internet
I love Indian clothes. I would love the second skirt and top for myself. She looked stunning in the second one (mine) but the one she chose was magical. What a lovely sentiment to embroider her lost loved ones onto, I'll call it the shawl b/c I don't know the Hindi word for it.
Dupatta
Same!! I loved the second the most
These are lehenga. They were worn by queens of medieval India now worn by brides during wedding.
I am not Indian but that last outfit is GORGEOUS and I would wear that!
Indian wedding dresses are something else! They're so god damn beautiful
Oh, I'm tearing up! She is so beautiful in the dress she chose! It's gorgeous. The names embroidered was so, so special! What a treasure! You guys sure are spectacular!
This girl KNOWS HOW TO WALK IN A DRESS!
This bride is soooooo beautiful. I adore this consultant. He is always fantastic.
Say yes to the dress India is so good!! I love the consultant he is amazing and the brides are always a joy!
That dress is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely the right one for her
why did it make me so emotional when I saw the names embroidered. her and her mother are so strong and i really am saddened that they've been through so much. no wonder the mother and daughter were so close.
The scarf with all her passed loved one`s names was an excellent touch.
The last dress was absolutely gorgeous. Including the names of lost ones is a great idea â€
can't get anymore "personal" than what they did for her in honoring those that won't be able to attend. wow!!! always in spirit "they" walk with "us...." i also like this culture goes with color in dresses. very nice all the way around!!
Absolutely perfect! Over the top amazing. Names of family lost is such a beautiful touch. đŻđ
For those of you saying this was fake because of the embroidered names: the mother has stated in the comments that it was not set up or fixed in advance, and, in fairness if you knew how quickly Indian tailors and seamstresses can whip up a decent suit, embroidering a few names is nothing.
Can we appreciate the fact that the tulle/chiffon material for the top was tan coloured? So it actually looked invisible on the bride and she was just wearing a barely there-crystal-arial-like bra?? And yet it was still modest enough? Stunning! Mashallah tabarakallah â€ïž
Breathtakingly beautiful đwhat a gorgeous dress đI simply love these episodes . What a wonderful sentiment for the bride to have her father beside her, embroidered into her gown. May their marriage be long and full of blessings đ
The last dress was ethereal. Love those frosty blues. But the sweet embroidery was the best part. đą
I have watched SYTTD for as long as it has been on the air and this episode has to be one of my favourites. What a beautiful bride, loving fiancĂ© and family, and caring and professional consultant.â„ïž
Tell me why am I crying? She looks absolutely gorgeous âšđ
The last dress was so beautiful looked perfect on her
Indian girl trying only 3 dresses and saying yes ...its next to impossible đ...however loving the designs
So they embroidered the names while they were there?! Amazing and so special
Nope, they did it before, these brides have talked about their story and their outfit preferences before they have come for the consultation, based on which they were selected, the outfits were curated specifically according to the bride's input, they probably had the dupatta specifically embroidered before the bride came in as a surprise gift.
@@harshitabhuyan8892 that's beautiful
But how do they know for sure that she would pick the blue dress and hence the blue dupatta...she could have gone for the 2nd dress if she felt like it suited her best
@@adedeassem Its already decided beforehand what dress she want...they just try other dresses for the sake of the show...thats why u'll see mostly the last dress gets picked
@@snehasharma6820
Oh okay..thanks for clarifying
The relatives seemed so convincing as though they were now seeing the choices..the tears with the final dress and all
That's why I was confused
â@@adedeassem I honestly was confused between the second and third dress and they would have the other one customised as well in some manner if I had picked it but the last one was the only one that met my vision of looking like Elsa. I had an idea of what kind of outfits id be trying on but my family genuinely didn't so their reactions were genuine.
This episode made me cry, what a beautiful thing to do for her. I love everything about these episodes. The consultant is fantastic
Uffff.......... This consultant's the best.... The way he incorporated the bride's feelings is beyond comprehension... Best đ
This bridal consultant is a beautiful human being. So genuine and kind. đ
6:17 the reactions across the couch are perfection and so is this dress I mean wowâŠ..actually speechless âšâšâš
Would love to see more Indian version and mention the prices like say yes to the dress UK
What a great family. Many blessings to the bride in her new life.
I love how colours allow the brides to really choose dresses to auit their personalities.
Brown mothers saying "excelled" is actually something to be proud of đ
I needed this today. The beauty, the LOVE in this. I needed to see this. That was all so lovely!
I love this indian version!!! it's so beautiful
That second dress was gorgeous.
The consultant is delightful and the bride is beautiful. What a lovely idea to embroider names onto the shawl.
First dress was beautiful. Gives like Royal ice princess and international model, met gala vibe, the lehenga was really superbly beautiful and smooth and actually like floating or flying, and it was puffy, like care cream. This is beautiful in my perspective
Not enough words.. So beautiful! I'm in tears.
This episode is wholesome.
Just wondering how got the customisation done so quick when the bride was just trying the outfits
In the beginning of the episode, he mentioned how they talked. Plus at the end, the Designer made those gowns to show, so pretty sure there was talks and consultations going on before. I am thinking that even if she chose a different color, he'd have them all done in those colors also.
@@Omonohoshi they don't do customisation unless order is placed. The ending makes it all scripted and fake
@@anonymous31751 ya! That's right
@@Omonohoshi but why give other dresses to try when u already designed something for her
@@anonymous31751 Do you KNOW what Reality TV is? The Dress Is ALREADY made and finished. The final dress that they go to or go back to is the ONE made per The Brides Specifications. The whole SHOW is a SHOW. LOL
Wonderful family, wonderful consultant. A beautiful bride in a wonderful beautiful dress.
Simply beautiful. I cant get over how stunning these dresses are but moreso how beautiful the bride is in them. And the shawl(I dont know the proper name)created to honor her loved ones who died sealed the dealđ„°đ
It's called different names here in India and Pakistan. Dupatta, Aanchal and chunni are the three names, but Dupatta is the most common
This consultant is as great as Gok! I love love the way he respects family and moves forward .
Again, the bride was beautiful the outfits were wonderful, and I enjoyed seeing this brides family reactions.
Gosh she's so so beautiful I can't explain it in words. I also love the consultant. He's so friendly and knows how to please the customer...
It was amazing! The last 2 dresses were stunning on her and this episode was so touching đ„Čâ€ïž
I wasn't expecting this much heart from a fashion episode. This is making me tear up and is probably the best dress consultation I have EVER seen!
Absolutely gorgeous, that colour is perfect on Anushka and the personalisation is heartbreakingly beautiful.
That's a stunning dress she chose đ absolutely LOVE it!!!
They always keep the best for the last đ

I love the colors on wedding dresses..blush and champagne..
She looks stunning , beautiful unique ,very special wedding dress.
The embroidery got me in the feels!
Loving this edition! Where can I watch full episodes?
This is the most wholesome syttd I've ever seen đ„°đ„°
The bespoke dupatta makes me question how much of this episode was pre-arranged and how much was not. I also want to know--is this bride choosing a lehenga for her wedding or for an occasion like engagement party? The lehenga she chose was very pretty. I wonder how much it cost.
All reality shows are scripted to a certain extent.
I wore this for my wedding reception. It wasn't scripted at all, but they had a pretty clear idea of what I was looking for.
@@1527av Thank you for responding, Anushka! Wedding reception--okay, that makes sense. It looks beautiful on you.
â@@andydufresne5297 Thank youuuâ€ïž
@@1527av if it wasn't scripted how did they make you a customized duppata before you chose the lehenga ( it was sweet but just curious)
The thing with the embroidered names is lovely. However it proves that the show is fake- they knew in advance what dress she would 'say yes to' and had the embroidered piece ready. Its completely taken the magic away from a show I loved for years.
Besides, only about half wear the dress they say yes to.
That's exactly what I was thinking đ
Hi we didn't know about the dress it was not staged as you would think. We were as touched and surprised about the inclusion of our loved ones names.
@@meenalvarma1054 Are you that bride?
@@Cocomo_esclirs she's the bride's mother.
Love the self-awareness of the bride.
I hate it when they don't show a clear full frontal view of the dress that is chosen.
I am so glad we get to see India episodes. I love the consultant. He is so wonderful. I also love the dresses.
I love how he said "barn yard animal" đđđ

That dupatta was EVERYTHING - just perfection!
This was so touching, beautiful x
As an American, I too was đ! My 2 daughters are getting married & their Dad, Grandpa, Grandma & Aunt are deceased. The culture & respect of it all is truly breath-taking. I feel like my girls would luv to have the names embroidered in something special for their day. Many blessingsđ

The ICE BLUE is beautiful
This was beautiful. I am learning so much about other cultures and the strength of the human heart and spirit in each. Thank you
How beautiful with the names. Best episode ever!
Beautiful...this was so touching. Perfection.
One of the most emotional episode of say yes to the dress! â€ïž
The last lehenga reminds me of that one Yes to the Dress US episode where this bride had this beautiful blue wedding gown! Anyone else knows what Iâm talking about?
Yes that was designed by Randy himself I remember
That dress was pale pastel purplish blue and it was net.
This dress is icy blue and is velvet lehenga with silver embriodery over it and white and blue chunni
Itâs goosebumps not goose pimples đ
Depends on what a person grew-up hearing.
It's both.
why don't they mention the price?
I really enjoy watching this show....keep the episodes coming .Please
Gorgeous lady in a very pretty dress
Loved this 3rd look especially the personal touch of the embroidered names.
I've never seen SYTD India before. I really like it.
SYTTD India? Oh I am so here for it.
I CRIED OMG GORGEOUS IT WAS MADE FOR HER
She looks amazingly beautiful. What an outfit. God Bless đđđ»đ
Absolutely beautiful SiStar đ that dress is amazing on you. I would love dancewear inspired by this dress! One thing I've learned to love about the different say Yes to the dress series is the ideas the consultants have had for including loved ones past and those that can't be present for the big day in the bride's dress. Another idea one consultant had was to put pictures of this girl's dad in a locket and it could be sound to the inside of her dress by the bridal shop itself no extra charge she just had a supply and lock it in the picture of course which was a very sweet sentiment.
That bloody onion chopping ninja is here again. That was such a lovely gesture with the names.
She's breathtaking đ
She is beautiful and this all is wonderful. đđ„°đ
I know a lot of people in the west love these outfits but trust me there are traditional outfits 1000 times better then the ones shown here. Although the last outfit was gorgeous . Great job
The last one was the one a truly liked, but yes Traditional outfits in India/Pakistan are much more beautiful
