- Replacing the clutch on the E93 M3 project car. The car has 210k miles on it, and this is its second clutch change. This is the first time I have replaced a clutch.
Removing the transmission was the most difficult part. You have to tilt the engine using an engine support bar, and get the angle on the transmission just right to be able to pull it out.
I split the project up over 4 days, averaging maybe 6 hours a day. It's a reasonable job to do as a diy. It would be much easier if you had a lift.

Sucks not being able to get that fly wheel off, to not only change the pilot bearing, but the rear main seal.
Yeah, I should have done it right. Next time I definitely will.
You need to resurface the flywheel… why would you do all that work and not get that done?
I should have done it right. It was my first time doing it and I was exhausted. Next time I definitely will do it all.
Noice
What kind of flooring is that? How much? After destroying my epoxy floor with a brake fluid spill, I’m looking at other options.
RaceDeck free-flow flooring. I posted a quick review on TikTok. I paid 2.99 sq/ft.

You didn't use a clutch alignment tool?
I did use a clutch alignment tool 👍🏻
Can you code out check valves?
Yes, a tune can code out the check valves.
Got a question about my e92 I did the bleeding process and it still won't work got any ideas
I already replaced the slave and master btw
I just went through the bleeding process on my F30. The only way that I know works is to use a pressure bleeder. Very similar procedure shown in this video: czcams.com/video/mbK6zB2yglM/video.html
What was that top bolt size
I don’t remember, sorry!
