Does it cost more when the shell is black instead of white??
Is the garage included in the square foot ? Also i see its 100' by 50' could we make it 100' by 70' and make everything bigger ?

could the back patio be brought out to kind of look like a lauren design and can a glass window that lifts like a garage door be put in to go out to back patio

What is this freestyle called? Will it be considered an A frame?
It is typically called a "barndominium" due to the barn-like shape and (sometimes) metal exterior.

Yes, that can be drawn up.

@@janderenderings why would they purchase something and then have to wait for something else to be sent to them in a different version that doesn't make any sense I hope they don't take you up on it. If they're going to pay for something you want to pay for the full thing that they're asking for that's ridiculous Very unprofessional if I was going to use your business you would have just lost it
@@words.Of.Truth. I think you've misunderstood - they would be purchasing the full plan and I would add the basement at no extra cost.
