I am now rotator cuff surgery + 6 months, torn supraspinatus, tear in subscapularis and bicep tendon out of position, been following your shoulder work, I am now 80% strength, can you advise of next steps.
OMG - I wanted this 6 months ago when I tried shoulder press at my gym and it hurt my shoulder.
