I *love* making avocado and hummus deviled eggs! It's a match made in flavor heaven. I hard boil 8 eggs, then mash together their yolks with about 1/4 cup hummus and the same amount of avocado. After I smoosh that all together with salt and pep, I add some fresh lemon juice to get it to the right consistency, and finally top it with the Everything But The Bagel sprinkle from Trader Joe's and some smoked paprika. Try it!!

Wow Girl. You sure make food look great. This is the stuff I would love to be eating...least my peepers are tell me. I have never tasted any of those hummuses. Although I want to taste them all my favorite is the falafel one (never tasted that one either) and that garlic sauce I have got to make.
