Last couple days been rough, seeing your video has helped me to rethink my emotions and not let it get to me. You found the "right" one when they refuse to give up on you no matter how needy you come onto them at times. It's about accepting your significant others flaws. Yes they have to work on themselves to be better during emotional times also. You both just have to come to one term and say you know what, no matter whatever situation we face.. we shale never let it stop us from loving one another period.
An Emotional Connection is the most effective and fulfilling way to get to know a person and for them to get to know you. It does have its challenges and takes time and patience. The other person may be a little apprehensive going into it, because we aren't used to dating that way, and time and space is needed for adjustment, but if you reconnect, you know that you have something ✌️💪🙏

This video really helped me because me and my girlfriend been in a long-distance relationship for about 2 years now going on three in December. And I always get emotional when I don't hear from her. It has made me back away from her 4 a year out of our relationship. But we always reconnected. and I'm always going through emotional stages when I don't hear from her. I havent heard from my Chinese lady in a few days but she did tell me how busy she was.. Well, she lives in China and I live in Upstate New York. Our goal is to meet and then have her move here so we can be married. My lady is a very honest, rational lady and I am more of a romantic. She is a high quality lady and i feel just knowing her through texting I want to be a better man. I have found my confidence is through the roof since I have known her. Not because she builds me up, but because I build myself up to be the best possible man she will love one day. We have been together in the same space for 3 weeks but spreaded apart. We are planning now to start being together more as of this year. We are doing great. Yes there are sometimes it tough not being able to physically being there but hang in there if you believe this can workout for the best. Yes you hit that right on the nail. So true. It is really a challenge for me now because I got to know my girlfriend through a dating app and we have been communicating for quite a few months now, and every day we text each other just to stay connected and updated. The problem now is this global pandemic that is stopping people from traveling abroad and it really sucks because we can't see each other until travel restrictions are lifted... which God knows when.

I have been in a a LDR for about a year and it’s very tough, there have been ups and also downs throughout this LDR relationship. When I visit her we have a great time but when I leave to go back, it hurts her a lot and sometimes she doesn’t want to talk to me because it hurts too much, it seems as if every time I leave to go back it gets worse and worse, the last time I left her to go back she cried all day and didn’t really talk to me and now she is mad at me and doesn’t want to acknowledge me at all. Not sure if she will eventually talk. Keep in mind, LDRs can be hurtful it takes two strong people to commit on keeping one going

I need advice, we've been in long distance for more than a year and I think we lost connection, what is the best way to reconnect with my same sex partner? I want to share two things:
1) sometimes long-distance relationships are inevitable, especially if one's vocation/career makes it such that there's really no other way around it. I am, and for the past eight years have been, an over-the-road truck driver. It's the life I carved for myself post-military--another career that inherently involves distance. But neither should rob me of the enjoyment of a fulfilling intimate relationship. But it definitely takes a lot of work and UNDERSTANDING on the part of both parties, to know the reality up front that distance is involved, and decide whether to stop the train there or continue chugging forward. This has been something of the story of my life the past 13 years, this long-distance thing. One thing, probably more than anything else you said, Apollonia, rings so true: when distance is involved, value QUALITY over QUANTITY. I have learned and am still learning that--in an unexpected way, which segues me into the second thing....
2) When counsel and coaching such as yours comes so clearly from the heart, it can become somewhat universal. What I mean is that although the content of tis video you intended and intend vis-a-vis dating relationships, the interesting thing is... I've applied and am applying the truth of the principles to my relationships with my CHILDREN...and I have two in two completely different parts of the country. As hard as it is, I tell myself and them, that when I AM physically present we can and will make the most of that time. It's the way I have found to cope.

Move on bro. Not trying to be a dick or hurt your feeling but she’s fucking someone else..
Tell her how you're feeling about it. Communicate. Communicate Communicate. I mean, don't lash out but just try to have a conversation about it. Maybe she's having doubts and needs reassurance. See how she's doing mentally. Ask her a simple "Are you doing okay?" Or a simple "I love you and I miss you." go a long way. It's honest and raw. EVERYBODY loves to hear are you okay because everyone loves to vent a little bit. And if she doesn't respond for days at a time, give it some time. Give her some space. See if she starts to miss you and she will message when ready. But if she goes weeks without messaging you, that's when there's a red flag.

Wow these are the goals of my lady and myself. It gets hard at times with distance but we fell for each other hard. We are wanting a family together and to get married. She's been busy lately and my emotions were getting the best of me due to low conversation but no thoughts of her cheating. I actually trust her. Some times its hard to control emotions. When she left me hanging i felt pushed away. We were supposed to spend the weekend together but she cancelled 2 days ahead. Said she wasn't ready to meet which confused me since she's already wanting to live with me. So Friday comes and she's exhausted. Called her at 10:30pm since she got home at 930 i gave her time to settle. So i asked what she was doing. She said getting ready. I said for bed? She said no to go out with Valerie. Valerie is her manager from work and cheats on her husband. I was offended since we were supposed to be together Friday night and she cancelled. I felt she cancelled on me just to go with Valerie. I asked her if that was true she said no. I still feel it was the truth. She tells me she is afraid if i go see her I'll dump her which won't happen. She basically ignored me the entire weekend until 630pm yetserday she called apologizing and that shes been busy mostly with work and not ignoring me that she misses me and loves me. Well after she told me about Valerie she said she would text me throughout the night so I'll know she's safe. That was 11pm. No text until 230am "babe I'm really drunk." I'm always nice to her but it pissed me off. I don't mind her going out just not witha ho. I was pissed because out of the 4 messages I sent her(2 were memes) it took her that long to text back and just to tell me she's drunk. My reply:that's my problem,how? No one forced you. So we talked again at 11pm last night. We always fall asleep together. As we are talking she apologized again for being busy aand not ignoring me.so i said its ok i just figured since you cancelled on me we would at leas spend some time on the phone.we did make these plans 3 weeks ago. She got pissed for ne throwing it in her face. Every time i try to express my feelings she gets pissed and will stay on the phone but silently.. How can i fix that? I do trust her and i know s she isn't Valerie but what can i do about everything? The night did end with a little play time after the silent treatment. Besides this, no one has ever made me as happy as she as. Only a few months together. I was with my ex almost 7 years and she never came close to this happiness and we lived together almost the full 7 years lol. What can i do?
While I'm not a dating coach (lol, if I were I wouldn't be hanging on to Apollonia's every word), I did experience something like this in the past and I am sorry to say that it did not end up well for me. I was younger and less wise than I am now, but fell for this girl I met through and online game. We "dated" for almost 6 months (daily texts, calls, emails....the works) before she started exhibiting almost the exact same behavior that you mentioned above. Turns out she was going out with friends, hooking up with any and everyone, but keeping me on the side as emotional support and "stability". Before I found out what was going on, I went through the same things that you went through. Yes, there was still the occasional "playing" and pillow talk, but it always seemed forced and chore like on her part, until I finally got tired of it and point blank asked if she was messing around, and after several attempts at lies and platitudes, the truth finally came out that she had been sleeping around. Needless to say I was hurt, but also my mind was "awakened" at the same time. I'm not saying that this is your case, but man, I heard some of the exact same excuses and BS from my girl that you are hearing from yours. While it left a void in my heart I cut it off then and there and have never spoken to her again. Since I was a friend on her Facebook (we both deleted each other as friends) we had a couple of mutual friends (that didn't think to remove me...yes, yes, I still checked on her from time to time to see how she was doing) I found that about a year later she was pregnant, still single, and having a rough go of it. Hopefully this isn't the same in your case, but I am willing to bet that there are many, many horror stories like mine out there, so just be open minded to the fact that something may, in fact, be rotten in the state of Denmark and be prepared to deal with it. I had one long distance relationship last for 2 years with an absolute dream girl and it eventually fizzled out unfortunately. ... if you are in for the long haul - it is a challenge cuz of the distance between you and her. All I can say is : appollonia' s channel helped me navigate the waters and made the relationship last way longer then I ever dreamed! Good luck to you brother ! And if I am being sincere, I am not sure how to categorize the relationship as she decides at her leisure, it would seem, when and if there is going to be any form of communication between us or not, at a given time. She lives in LA and, I in new york. One thing I can do tho, is go by your tip to try and build an emotional connection with her somehow and see what progress I could make with her....

I'm sorry to hear that. Let her go, that whole "let's be friends" excuse is just a cover for her to mess around with someone else under the guise that *you* are supposed to be alright with it. She blocked you, because she could not do this in good conscious with you being around. She more than likely made it "official" with the stupid posts "together" and all.

Yep, don’t do it. No matter how hard you try to make it work. There are secrets and if you can go into with an open mind, great. Stay friends until you’re ready to actually be together.

I did the long distance thing twice. It is very dangers , one has a big chance of wasting a lot of time and money with a person who is out for something other them love.

What happens if i didnt treat her right .. let my anger and jealousy get the best of me.. we still together. She calls me every night but still not the same as once we were. The problem is that you are seeking her attention. If a woman is not giving you the attention and you are calling this "one-sided" love then you possibly chasing her and I would suggest for you not to do this. Why convince someone to be with you when you know you have all you need. You convince when you have doubts, lack, or scarcity. So I would work on that. Hope this helps. :)

I was in a LDR with my ex, she gave up on me, and monkey-branched to a guy in India. We were in Ireland. To cut to the chase and not make this not too long, she is in contact with me fairly often (I shouldn't stand for it I know.) My ex had and still has now an anxious attachment and is longing and needing the perfect love to fix her. She is still with him, visited him in December and NOW is moving to him. Leaving everyone behind who she knows all her life... So good luck to them (saying that slightly sarcastically)
