When you said "did KinnPorsche walk so that 4 Minutes could run", it's probably applied to other drama (with adult genre) too😅 Some people actually critique B0C for showing "too intimate" scene that looks so real because of the top notch chemistry and camera work and editing ...but in the end they use the similar formula😂 Anyway, I trust B0C cinematography and production but holly.. this drama is really visually pleasing✨
I really like this show so far. What I like about this episode as well as with KinnPorsche is that you get to see the two main leads on their own, and in their own worlds before they meet. So that the audience gets a sense of who they are as individuals before making them a couple. KinnPorsche did the same thing. In that we got to see them as individuals first. Unfortunately a lot of bls in general don't that. In the case of 4 Minutes and KinnPorsche get to see the worlds the main leads inhabit and wonder how and why these two very different worlds come together. Because of this we as the audience can better understand them as a couple and thus become more emotionally invested in them finding a balance to their relationship within the confines of the world they inhabit. So far we have learned the least about Great. But for me that draws me in because I'm left asking why is this happening to him and how is what is happening to him connected to what happens to Tyme? And how is all of this connected to Great's fathers shady business?

I appreciate your candor, it's nice to be treated like an adult even though CZcams still has to get their two cents in. I'm looking forward to more of this story. Bible is one of my very fav bl actors. ❤
I didn't get truly excited for this show until after seeing Bible and Jes in a short called Spaceless which came out a month or 2 ago and was basically a short film tied to a music video for a Thai band. I was always gonna check out 4 Minutes out of curiosity and having really liked Bibles performance in kp, but their chemistry and acting in Spaceless was what got me actually hyped. I didn't even watch the trailer either, only having other bl fans growing excitement to go on. With that in mind, and knowing that a significant (or lbh a majority) # of viewers are coming as fans of Bible and boc's work on kp, it is a damn ballsy move to not only show so little of out main character's mo and background in the first EP (I feel like we have a better idea of who the brother is than we do Great) but also not have him meet his love interest until literally the last seconds of the EP. Getting the audience invested in the protagonist is hard, but they managed it with a main character who is mostly shown as a spoiled coward. I'm fuckin impressed. It seems he has 2 different kinds of visions. The direct 4 minute leaps which are a sort of do over option, a chance for him to make a different (i.e. better) choice. Then there are more vague flashes, creeping in like a panic attack with only a sound or brief image as any clue to what it's about. These are less clear, maybe just cosmic road signs saying "danger ahead" without telling him which road it's referring to. But there's also an in-universe precedent for the visions? What in the queer final destination is happening?!
Have you watched Dead Friend Forever? It was BoC's show they released earlier this year, and quite a bit of the cast from it are in the cast of 4minutes. It is also by the same writer as 4minutes, Sammon, who also wrote Manner of Death. It was very dark and intense, and it definitely was divisive in the BL community, aka the people who just were there for Ships, and the people who like to throw everything into black and white boxes were quite disappointed. But it just made me excited to go into 4minutes because I knew they wouldn't hold anything back, and I am so ready after this first episode to see where they are going to take this.

i am so intrigued about where this could go, the premise absolutely has me hooked. i do know that i will 100% be wearing headphones when i watch the next episode because i do not live alone and had to turn the volume waaay down very quickly when i watched this episode with my door open yesterday💀
