I liked the skate park, it's symbolic of the many twists and turns of the story (are we being taken for a ride ? ) . Plus the visual contrast between the two characters' looks was telling .

So time to talk about theories: 1. I think, Tongkla in the beginning may be killing the one who killed his brother. I don't think that he killed him himself. And what if he kills Korn at the end, bcs his brother was killed by smb from that illegal casino? Idk... 2. Tyme definitely trying to ruin the Korn and Great's dad's business. May be in order to get revenge. And he probably trying to get well with Great bcs of the same reason. (And at the same time he finds him hot too) 3. It's interesting to see how we at the beginning see Great who isn't a great person, but seeing the future and seeing the circumstances of some actions he does things better. Actually, him and Tyme make a pretty good couple bcs they always seem to be unbothered) And I am so happy to see here our DFF (Dead Friend Forever series) gang) Love the show. With every new episode it impresses me more and more.

What happy expectations we may have held for episode 2 were thoroughly crushed, but I'm here for the dark vibes and constant trespassing in a danger zone feeling. It's a Sammon story in a BOC show : making any assumption is rather risky, we should not trust what we see, let alone what we don't see (because we are not shown, very intentionally ) ... So the focus in episode 2 shifted from a supernatural story with a very erotic, maybe romantic scene and one with comforting sweet brotherly moment, to a crime story with the stress on violence, power dynamics, deceit, grief and loss . We were given MANY interesting clues, as always it pays to listen, and to rewatch . Our perception of some relationships drastically shifted, and we have a batch of new questions . Neddless to say, i loved it . Episode 1 lured us in, episode 2 baffled and scared us. What will unravel in episode 3 ?
I think the show's very interesting. The only thing I'd be worried about is how they tie everything together when they only have 6 more episodes and so far all we've got our more questions. Sometimes if the plot gets to involved the ending doesn't get resolved as well as it should. But I enjoyed our little Jes Bible moments we got this episode.
I'm not sure about how I feel about this show yet as we only have 2 episodes but I wasn't fully hooked like I have been with other shows. I enjoyed episode 1 but I found the pace a bit slow and I thought they dragged some scense for a little too long. Maybe edited and put together a little differently would've worked better for me. I enjoyed episode 2 more than episode 1 and it posed a lot of interesting questions. Time travel is everything to me, that's why I started this show, so I really hope they will use the 4 minutes time travel gimmick well because I'm very much looking forward to it more than anything. I have no idea where the plot or the romantic plot is going (other than my guess that Tyme is going after Great because of who he is and is planning to use him) so that's fun. I do find Great really interesting as the main character because he's not a bad person but he's also not good. He's very "passive" and just lets things happen, even bad ones, and only when he got a second chance he does the right thing. (also, it doesn't feel like he sees 4 minutes into the future more that ge travels 4 minutes back into the past, which is just semantics but still lmao)
my 4 minutes theory is that tonkla's brother is tyme and that the tonkla/korn/win/murder investigation storyline is happening on a different timeline than the great/tyme relationship storyline. I think tyme is investigating korn's shady business and that's why he gets shot. that's also why he showed up out of nowhere near great's place. I don't know if this theory holds up, but I'm thinking it's something close to that at the very least. btw - I don't think tonkla is being cheated on per se - it seems like a sugar baby type arrangement and he knows korn has another type of arrangement with fasai, because he mentioned her when he was with tonkla.
I feel like Tonkla knows about Fasai, but thinks it’s a fake relationship. I feel like it’s unlikely he would ask Korn to not use a condom if he thought they weren’t exclusive. He probably doesn’t know that Korn and Fasai have sex.
@@ipurpleu1668 I think Tonkla imagines that they probably are, but that request, for me, was more like a test of trust. It was not just a vulnerable moment, but a pleading moment of him asking "are we exclusive/can I trust you"?. that was the subtext I picked up.
