Hi all, join me on my journey in my first video where me and my Dad head out to the Nab tower in hopes of Spurdog's or Cod.
Unfortunately it didn't go quite to plan with lots of technical issues and even more Whiting 🤣

Great 1st video the nab tower is used for shipping big boats go round it to the solent approach for the shipping channel

Thanks for the Sub and the concern mate but are jackets are rated at 150N which are designed to hold up offshore sailing kit 👍 Also I think its a bit of a myth that they'll fill STRAIGHT up. Had a mate go over depth carp fishing and he started to float 🤣
*Just done some more research and apparently waders have no affect due to water density* 🧐

Well done on the first video. Good to see life jackets being worn. On a serious safety note the first thing I was told after launching my boat was to get your waders off. If you are unfortunate enough to fall in they will fill with water and you will sink faster than your biggest lead weight! Take care, good luck with your future videos. Thanks.👍

Yes you're completely right! Not setting a good example there.
The only reason I do it is because I weigh about as much as a feather 🤣 and I'm almost sure are jackets are rated at 150N which are designed to hold up offshore sailing kit, also the waders are quick release but no shouldn't really be done 👎

I have fallen in off a kayak wearing waders and you don't sink, cos water is the same weight as water. What you can't do is climb back on board as your waders will be full, you need to slip them off first. However best thing is not to go afloat wearing them, change as soon as practicable .
