Hey Ethan. Love you videos:) A little sidenote: do not stir your Aeropress circkular. stir back to front or side to side doing this prevents the risk of channeling in your aeropress puck by not creating a mountian of grounds in the middle of the puck:))
Is channeling an issue if you use a prismo? As far as I understand the brewing happens during the immersion, not the pressing phase. so as long as the water doesn't just run through which it won't with the valve, it should be fine right?

I used to have iced coffee every morning. I found the cold brew method easiest. The key for me was to filter with a paper towel. I'd make a gallon at a time and kept it in an old gallon wine jug in the fridge. Brewed in a simple tea/koolaid jug overnight

What I do is : 2 tea spoons coffee 3 teaspoons sugar Some hot water (not to much) Add ice Shake for 2 minutes (with plastic wrap on ) More ice Add the rest with fresh milk Add optional toppings Done enjoy!

New flair neo flex looks really good and is only $99. I’d get that and ask your local coffee shop for some espresso ground coffee. Later on you can get a grinder for it but good espresso grinders can get expensive quick. I have the 1zpresso j-max for a grinder and flair pro 2 and I like them a lot. Hope this helps!

To me cold brew just lacks the complexity and nice flavors of an iced hot brew. But it sure is more convenient in the morning.

a moka pot with a decent hand grinder will make pretty good strong coffee! it wont be quite espresso level, but its still really tasty
