- Hosted by Technogise (technogise.com)
Speakers: Nayab Siddiqui and Gaurav Pasarkar
The talk compares various patterns in Microservices using Asynchronous and Synchronous communications. We compare the sync vs async approach and discuss in detail "the Good" and "Not so Good" things around each pattern and approach.
Starting with a brief recap of Monoliths and Microservices, we'll dive deep into Orchestration vs Choreography styles of designing workflows. Also we'll explore and discuss different ways of implementing "Distributed Transactions" (like 2 Phase Commit and Saga) along with Distributed Queries using different patterns like replication, CQRS and more.
