It took me decades to figure out a system that works best for me but so far, I haven't had any work related mental breakdowns in a while! (sad flex lol).

oh i looove TIME BATCHING instead of BLOCKING - new mama here so flexibility and consolidating the same mental wavelength of the same type of task all at the same time is key!
I also struggle with time blocking! It’s too rigid for me and I feel like I lose out on ideas and creative thinking when trying to stay in one box. Time batching sounds like such a simple, straightforward idea but something I haven’t fully focused on - incorporating this week. You’re content always speaks to me Aja! ☺️

This was really helpful Aja, especially as someone who creates different types of content for multiple platforms. A big issue for me as well is physical space. Making time to use my limited space for creating content because it always leaves a bit of a mess and I have to move furniture to get better lighting etc.

I feel like time blocking is for the highly motivated, super organized. I’m semi-motivated and almost organized so it was just too strict for me

I'm still in a rough path, i'm looking for a stable job, i'm lucky to have a barely sufficient salary from a job i hate, my side hustles are not working and my monthly budget is 100£. Still don't know how i can go on with this or what i'm doing wrong.
